SALISBURY MILLS – Fire that broke out shortly after 4 a.m. in Salisbury Mills on Sunday caused extensive damage to a single-family home at 11 Brian Court.
The two-alarm blaze is believed to have started on a deck at the back of the house, but the specific cause has not been determined.
Blooming Grove Police said no one was injured, but a family pet perished.
Area fire departments were brought in under mutual aid to provide manpower and water to fight the flames.
