BETHEL – a facility nestled in the woods in the Town of Bethel, has begun the process of planning its facility that “combines spaces built for deep focus, tech-native workshops, and a curated community of ambitious organizations.”

The project has been years in the making, and has received local approvals to move forward, said Marc Baez, president of the Sullivan County Partnership.

“It’s a project that is going to bring tech industry here – the Googles, the Apples, the gamers, to Bethel. They go their final approval from the Department of Health,” he said. “It’s another that took forever to get done. They are in the process now doing their designing, their construction planning and all of that.”

The developers hope to have the facility up and running in the spring of 2027.
