MONROE – Several people were several people injured early Monday morning when at least three vehicles collided on Orange and Rockland Road in Monroe.
Emergency medical staff personnel on the scene confirmed some victims were found either unconscious or in an altered mental status.
Two medivac helicopters responded to transport patients to Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla.
State Police closed down the intersection for hours after the 1 a.m. incident to conduct an investigation.
