GOSHEN – The cab of an 18-wheeler tractor-trailer truck crashed into the rear of building seven on Hatfield Lane in the Village of Goshen minutes before noon on Wednesday, April 22.

Village Police said the driver suffered a medical event, struck a fire hydrant and a utility box before crashing through the rear wall of the Crystal Run building

The driver was transported to the hospital for evaluation.
