DAVID A. BICKFORD age: 22 Hephzibah, GA -Bickford was arrested April 8th and charged with Driving While Intoxicated after the vehicle he was operating was stopped for traffic violations on Rt. 9W in Highland. Bickford was released on an appearance ticket and is due in the Town of Lloyd Court May 20, 2026.
IVAN M. RODRIQUEZ age: 33 Newburgh, NY -Rodriquez was arrested April 5th on a Bench Warrant for Driving While Intoxicated from the New Yorks State Police. Rodriquez was turned over to the New York State Police on the warrant.
TERRY J. MONROE SR. age: 67 Milton, NY -Monroe was arrested April 8th on an arrest warrant for Petit Larceny. Monroe, who has had 57 prior arrests, is accused of stealing approximately $45.00 in merchandise from The Stewarts Shop in Highland. Monroe was transported to the Ulster County Jail to await arraignment in the Ulster County Centralized Parts Court.
NICHOLAS T. ROZZI age: 33 Highland, NY -Rozzi was arrested April 5th on a Bench Warrant for Driving While Intoxicated from the New York State Police. Rozzi was turned over to the New York State Police on the warrant.
