NYACK – Firefighters from a number of Rockland County departments were called to Montefiore Nyack Hospital Sunday morning for a rooftop fire.

The call came in at around 8:44 a.m. with the fire brought under control with no extension into the main structure of the facility, authorities said.

There were no injuries reported to hospital staff, patients, or emergency personnel.

Officials said not say if they knew was caused the fire.
