NEWBURGH – Police in the City of Newburgh fished a vehicle out of the bottom of Crystal Lake and officials said it had been in the lake for a decade or longer.

The city police drone unit was able to confirm the sunken vehicle some 100 feet from the shoreline.

With the assistance of a State Police dive team and the city DPW, the vehicle was removed from the lake on Thursday, March 26.
