PUTNAM COUNTY- Motorists traversing Route 9D and Indian Brook Road in western Putnam County were inconvenienced late Friday and yesterday morning when both roads were closed from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. between Dicks Castle and Beverly Warren Road and Indian Brook Road underneath the Route 9D overpass due to a motion picture filming.
Exterior scenes for an Apple TV+ series starring Ben Stiller, Jessica Chastain and Richard Gere called ‘Minivan or Off Weeks’ were filmed.
In the film, Stiller stars as a divorced writing professor, trying to hold things together during the weeks when he has custody of his children.
Cold Spring will receive $18,500 from Apple TV while Philipstown will be reimbursed $21,650 for the overnight shoot that shuttered Route 9D between Cold Spring and Garrison to film the exterior scenes that included stunt work.
