BREWSTER – Police from multiple agencies are still searching for a man who escaped from the New York State Police barracks in Brewster Friday afternoon.  Julio Sosa, 29, of the Bronx, wanted for larceny, escaped on March 27 at approximately 4 p.m., triggering a manhunt for the suspect.

Sosa was in custody for a nonviolent larceny charge. He was last seen wearing all black with a hot pink coat.

At this time, there is no known threat to the public.
