KINGSTON – A Kingston woman has been arrested by federal authorities on a charge of receiving and distributing child pornography.

It was alleged that she exchanged messages with a man and used a chat application to exchange several images of minors, including prepubescent minors engaged in sexual activity.

During their exchange of messages, they allegedly discussed their mutual interest in sexually explicit images of minors and discussed their efforts to obtain more of those images.

Gregory Graff was arrested in Orange County in January. On March 17, he was charged with attempted coercion and enticement of a minor.

Gabrielle Eichert, 32, was arrested on March 24 and charged with receipt and distribution of child pornography, which carries from five to 20 years in prison.

Agencies involved in the investigation included the FBI’s New York Hudson Valley Safe Streets Task Force, State Police Troops and F and K, the Orange and Dutchess County District Attorney’s Offices, and the Ulster County Sheriff’s office.
