TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Frank Flowers has been arrested on a new charge related to the domestic violence incident he is accused of being involved in last December.

On Thursday, February 26, 2026, Flowers was arrested by the Town of Poughkeepsie police and charged with misdemeanor coercion for allegedly having contact with the mother and brother of his alleged domestic violence victim from December.

The mother and brother of the victim were granted orders of protection in early December, prohibiting Flowers from contacting either person.

Flowers allegedly tried to coerce the mother and/or brother on December 23, 2025, in violation of the protection orders.  Town of Poughkeepsie Police investigated the alleged incident and determined enough evidence existed to arrest Flowers again.

Flowers is currently facing criminal charges in Dutchess County and in neighboring Connecticut involving domestic violence incidents involving the mothers of two of his children.
