KINGSTON – A 37-year-old man has been arrested by State Police in Kingston and Highland, with assistance from the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force, for possessing an obscene sexual performance.
Garrick E. Martino, of Kingston, is accused of possessing images consistent with child sexual exploitation. The arrest followed a months-long investigation that began after a Cybertip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). On August 13, 2025, investigators executed a search warrant at Martino’s residence in Kingston.
Martino was processed at the State Police barracks in Kingston and issued an appearance ticket, returnable to the City of Kingston Court on Feb. 2. The investigation is ongoing.
