NEW YORK – Due to the weather conditions, all courthouses in the New York State Court System will be closed on Monday, January 26, 2026, except for emergency applications.

In the five boroughs of New York City, criminal court arraignment parts will open at 11 a.m.

Jurors who were scheduled to be in court on Monday should not report.
