MONTICELLO- The Sullivan County Clerk’s office will be closed to walk-in business after 12 p.m. on Wednesday, January 21st for the county to conduct technology upgrades.  Online transactions will not be able to be processed on that date, such as e-recording and e-filing.

“We are undertaking a major enhancement of our computer system to provide even better service to our taxpayers and customers,” said Sullivan County Clerk Russell Reeves.  “I ask for the public’s patience as we complete this upgrade, as there is also a possibility for service interruptions on the 22nd and 23rd.”

This closure affects only the Clerk’s Office and the Department of Motor Vehicles will remain open.
