KINGSTON – A 25-year-old Kingston man has been arrested for allegedly setting a fire in the cabin of the Catskill Mountain Railroad locomotive in Kingston.
City police do not believe the railroad was directly targeted by John Dwyer who allegedly set the fire on January 1.
He was charged with felony criminal mischief and arson as a misdemeanor.
Dwyer was arraigned and released on his own recognizance pending aa future court appearance.
Police said additional arrests are expected.
