HIGHLAND FALLS – Emergency services personnel responded to a report of a person having jumped from the Bear Mountain Bridge. A water search of the Hudson River recovered the individual, with CPR administered, according to first responders at the scene. Initial reports did not identify the gender or condition of the person.
