HAVERSTRAW – A South Carolina man is in the Rockland County Jail after his arrest on illegal weapons possession.
Haverstraw Police conducted a traffic stop in the Village of Haverstraw at around 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday and took Richard Campbell, 40, into custody without incident.
He was in possession of two loaded firearms and several loaded magazines.
Campbell was arraigned and remanded in lieu of $50,000 bail.
