TOWN OF POUGHKEEPSIE – Town police responded to a Homer Place residence in Greenvale Farms on Wednesday, just after noon.
Initial reports indicate that two bodies with apparent gunshot wounds were in the residence of the house near Greenvale Park.
At 1:30 p.m., police asked for the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office to be advised that the investigators would be ready for their arrival in “20 minutes.”
Police indicated there was no threat to public safety.
