浙江杭州餘杭區居民飲用水發黃，並有惡臭味已經持續幾天了，問題仍然沒有解決。週五（7月18日）一度傳出，有水務局人員出於報復，把飲用水管接到了下水糞水排污管，但官方闢謠，還把相關視頻全部下架。目前，事件仍在持續發酵。
