Xi Jinping has been missing for 27 days.
He finally returns in Tibet.
Also tanks rolling down Beijing?
Welcome to another episode of Elite Politics.
Following the Beidaihe meetings, we're supposed to get the CCP leader come out publicly for
meetings or resume political activities.
But Xi Jinping hasn't done so.
In fact, the total number of days where he has visually disappeared, meaning he hasn't
appeared in a photo or video, has been about 27 days by the time you see this video.
It's quite strange because usually, again, this is not the norm, but his subordinates
have all come out to do activities he's been talked about in the press of the CCP, and
yet he has made no public photos.
Until today, he finally showed up in Tibet.
What's he doing there?
Well, it's the 60th anniversary of so-called the creation of Tibet as an autonomous region,
and he's obviously trying to create this appearance that the people in Tibet accepts the CCP.
So this is definitely one of those ultra-hyper-political situations and he had to be there.
Obviously rumors are speculating that something's wrong with him or that something happened
to him.
So we're going to talk about all that.
Since July 24th, when he met with European leaders and they took a photo, he has essentially
disappeared.
So if you count from that day on, it's been about 27 days.
But if we count the last report of Xi's activities, it's only been about 8 days as he spoke on
Understandably, maybe half of those 27 days, he was enjoying the beaches and the sun of
Beidaihe.
Just kidding, they don't really do that.
But they do, you know, get a little bit of time off where they do half-day work meetings
and half-day of enjoying swimming.
At least that's what Mao Zedong did.
Now there's rumors that Xi Jinping is actually at the 301 hospital in Beijing and either
being treated for an actual illness or he's forced to be sick for political reasons.
And this allegedly happened on August 14th.
Although obviously, you know, forced to be sick is for political reasons, but we also
can't discount the possibility of health complications.
Now if it was health, it would have happened more recently considering that he had a phone
call with the president of Brazil and the rumor says it happened on the 14th.
So it would have been something really recent.
But given the fact that this rumor is only 4 days old, it's unlikely that Xi suffered
any serious illness or complications for him to be able to return to public activities
and events.
Now if it's for political reasons, there's something called a hospitalized arrest.
And this is where they essentially use the house arrest but instead now in hospital.
This has happened to quite a few people in the past like Xu Caihou, rumored at least
to have been.
And so it's a way to control their movements, to restrict their activities and to monitor
them.
Now 301 hospital is the top hospital for CCP officials like how the Walter Reed hospital
is for the president of the United States.
I mean it could happen but it's just as rumors go, this current situation about health
doesn't seem to fit.
Given the recent developments what we're going to cover today, it seems real that Xi Jinping's
power structure has shrunk a lot since the beginning of last or end of last month.
And so now we're at least to me like that the fourth plenum he will be stepping down
possibly for health reasons, obviously the real reason is never the health reasons, but
it's a good way for them to make the excuse.
The political showdown happening now is quite shocking.
For example, Xi Jinping's top party intel chief, his name is Liu Jianchao, is also basically
the spy master of the party.
He last week has been reported that he has been arrested.
I did a video about him a few years ago and so I'll link it here, but he's been reported
to have been detained.
Liu was widely believed by many to be the next foreign minister of China.
He was a favorite of Xi Jinping.
He used to run the party's anti-corruption and central disciplinary committee.
He was a member of that.
And so he was obviously in control of purging other people and committing disciplinary actions
for Xi Jinping.
And so he was promoted to be the top diplomat for the party, overseeing this department
called the Overseas Liaison Office.
Now in the CCP, there's the party spy wing, there's the government spy wing.
While they all work for the party, they still serve different purposes.
The Overseas Liaison Office specifically targets those top officials and politicians, powerful
individuals in foreign countries, to try to get them to work for China.
So this is seen as the highest spying agency of the Chinese Communist Party.
And different from the Ministry of State Security, which is more broad surveillance and spy works,
this liaison office is directly in command of much more of a sophisticated and very targeted
practice.
Now, the fact that Liu has been arrested is a dramatic signal that Xi Jinping is losing
a lot of his control and influence in the foreign relations aspect of the party.
And signals obviously show that Xi Jinping's favorites are being purged or removed or even
stopped from promotions.
Another concrete evidence of Xi Jinping's loss of or shrinking power is that six days
ago, Xi Jinping personally signed the removal and swapping of 10 ambassadors from different
countries.
Interestingly, of the 10, 9 of them has officially signed on to be part of the Belt and Road
Project.
Turkmenistan, which is the last one, didn't officially sign on, but they've been heavily
involved in the Belt and Road Project as well.
So you could say that all 10 of these are in that circle.
Not only has the top party intel chief has been arrested, these 10 ambassadors, we all
know that it's an open secret that Chinese embassies overseas serve as the central command
for that country's particular operations when it comes to intelligence gathering, spying,
controlling the local Chinese diaspora and all these organizations that promote activities
or to basically try to get in touch with the local politicians there.
So the embassies and the ambassador are really like the commander of an overseas infiltration
base.
It's been well spoken of by many people, including overseas professors, people in China that
are familiar with the matter, that when Xi Jinping came into power, he personally saw
this overhaul of swapping out personnel from the international relations side or the foreign
ministry side of things to put in his to his own place people who are going to follow
his vision of or the agenda that he puts out for foreign relations.
And so this latest swap and as well as the perch shows that obviously he's not in control
of the foreign relations department anymore.
Speaking of the infiltration aspect, I'm going to be doing a bit of infiltration myself.
We'll be heading to four city in Malaysia.
Now this is what is widely being called a ghost city because it was a mega building
project that was abandoned after the pandemic.
And it's been taken over by the Malaysian government.
But still, it's an experience like no other, because it's the only place outside of China
where you can see these giant buildings, not enough people in it.
And it basically looks like an abandoned ghost city.
Also while there, I want to speak with locals and interview people about their perceptions
of the CCP and China to get a sense of what it's like in Malaysia when it comes to the
Chinese regime's infiltration.

So while the report of the massive hit to the Intel and the foreign relations side,
there are still some rumors.
Those are real, but these ones, not so much.
But I do think it's important because while these may not be real, they do speak of a
recent trend that's been happening to Xi Jinping.
And it's quite telling.
Since we can't verify any of the individual details, what we can only use are logical
deductions of possibility of these being real or not.
And these, again, are just my own analysis or my own opinions.
I'd love to hear what you think in the comments about the ones I'll be telling you.
The first one is that Xi Jinping's alleged mistress has been arrested.
This woman, nicknamed the Queen of Disguises, Wang Lixiao, is a central committee member
and chairwoman of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Government.
Now, she is quite high in terms of the provincial-level officials.
But the rumor is that she is Xi Jinping's mistress.
Not only she's, but two other top officials as well from different factions as well.
But no matter where I go to search for this, there is no public documented work relationship
between Xi Jinping and this woman.
You can find plenty for the other two officials, but not Xi.
So it didn't make sense to me because this rumor claims that, let's say Xi Jinping came
into power in 2013, this woman by her age would have been about 50 years old.
Don't think that's Xi Jinping's taste for a mistress, right?
So whether that's the career path not crossing or there's no publicly well-documented encounters,
I simply don't think this rumor is true.
But something really important is being done here, which I'll tell you at the end.
So don't miss out on that part.
Now, the second rumor, very interesting as well, this photo.
You see that tanks are rolling into the streets of Beijing.
Now let's be real.
Again, this is one of those photos where if you carefully examine the detail, you can
already see that it's a regular photo.
You see police cars alongside the tanks.
You see that there's people dressed in red, likely workers.
And you know that recently they're doing all these practice and exercises and rehearsals
for the military parade, which happens on September 3rd.
So this is a very regular routine photo that they took.
Now you could try to interpret this as some sort of a power struggle, behind the scenes
action, but obviously the CCP won't want their image to be harmed or the stability aspect
to be harmed by it.
There's not going to be a public standoff between two different military aspects or
two different factions, you know, that's just not how things are done.
Now the third rumor is that Xi Jinping over the years has through graft and corruption
pocketed about 2 trillion yuan or about 280 billion USD in converted currency.
Now the real budget of the Chinese military, depending on which year you look at, um, recent
years has been much higher, obviously, but let's just say it's a close number to $280
billion a year.
Okay.
So this is according to the AP report.
So that would mean that over the span of 13 years that she has been in power, he had to
pocket about a $21 billion every single year from the PLA military budget.
So just think about how much money that is.
Elon Musk is worth about $50 billion.
Okay.
And yes, he's the CCP leader.
Yes.
He had full control for many years, but simply because that's just a huge amount of money.
This is a fake claim, right?
Think about it.
For the first five years, at least, Xi Jinping probably wasn't doing a lot of pocketing of
money or corrupt stuff because he was doing the anti-corruption campaign.
So if you got caught doing this yourself while you're trying to purge others, that's obviously
not a good, uh, look, right?
So he's probably not doing that much.
He's probably still doing some, but not that much.
So let's just say that from 2018 onwards, cause that's after the first five years, 2018
to 2025, that's seven years, he was able to pocket about $280 billion.
That would mean he had to do about $40 billion a year.
So he would have to move an entire, uh, almost the entire net worth of Elon Musk every single
year.
And you're telling me that nobody in the, in the party or outside noticed that?
Where is he going to put all that money in asset?
Uh, I don't know.
I just simply think that's impossible.
Now to follow up with that, like I said, I'll tell you the conclusion, which is that if
you watched our latest video on the Rolls Royce lady in Australia, Yang Lan Lan, uh,
there's a rumor about how she is actually the secret daughter of Xi Jinping with an
opera singer, right?
So recently you notice this trend of Xi Jinping's rumors shifting from the usual stuff, like
he purged this guy where his policy caused this person to feel concerned or that maybe,
you know, something happened to his health or he went missing, blah, blah, blah, to more
of a targeting that the personal life, the financial situations, and the, I guess you
would say the affair situations of Xi Jinping.
This is clearly an attack and a campaign against his reputation and his image of a great glorious
leader.
And this is not done before.
It's now doing so on a massive scale.
So even though these rumors aren't true, they still spell out this trend that something
is shifting in the ways that they're targeting.
Now, usually this happens to the CCP officials who are getting purged, right?
They're never purged for the political reason.
They're always purged for things like, oh, he had too many mistresses or he pocketed
too much money or that he had something that was of not political reasons that led to his
downfall.
But everybody knows it's because of the political reasons at the end.
So at the end of the day, this is happening now.
It's an attack on his image and it's something I think that's shifting to the next stage
of setting up for his loss of power.
So thank you so much for watching this episode.
