WAY TOO EARLY 2028 NFL Mock Draft | QBs that ACTUALLY are GOOD?!
Oct 6, 2026
We are not even halfway into the 2027 NFL draft season, but I'm a little too excited,
so let's get talking about 2028. This is a continuation of my most recent three-round
block draft, so if you guys have not already checked that out, go and check it out because,
again, it gives you the reason why we do a lot of these picks. I made a couple small move-arounds,
but very, very, very much the same. Let's get into this. This is a custom draft order just
for excitement purposes, just to get you guys aware of this upcoming class on top of the
upcoming class that you don't already know, so let's get into this if you guys are new. Feel
free to like, comment, subscribe. I put a lot of time into this, so it was a pain in the ass,
but it's a good pain in the ass. Pause. Anyways, number one overall, we have Camario Taylor,
quarterback out of Mississippi State going to the Indianapolis Colts. I don't really trust Daniel
Jones. Even though y'all just got a W versus Washington, it is kind of the corpse of the
Washington Commanders team, and abroad, anything can happen, but in the 2027 draft class, we had
Jaden Maiava end up being a selection for y'all. I didn't want that to be something that gets in
the way. Maiava would end up being moved to another team probably in a year or so, but good
competition, so Camario doesn't necessarily need to start right away. Regardless, even though he
did just end up losing to Keelan Russell one-to-one, we're talking about prospects,
not performances, and also Camario lost his best weapon, in my opinion, in Fluff Bothweld
after his first rep, so that kind of sucks, but Camario Taylor, unbelievable arm, great frame,
and he's already shown to be able to handle some pretty damn big moments, so excited to have him
as part of this following class. Not this class, the following class, but yeah, I mean, Kenyatta
Jackson as well. Hopefully he ends up flourishing into something. I did toy with the idea of trying
to put a trade in with a team moving up to one, but it's just, it's the point where I just can't
let a player like this pass up for Jaden Maiava if you guys end up at number one overall.
Let's go. I am still on the hunt for a big upset, and I think I might have found it this week.
North Carolina plays Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh's 5-0, but they just lost their starting quarterback,
and they're 5-0 because of a pretty sketchy ruling on a field goal kick. That probably
should have put them to 4-1. UNC has been very close in their recent losses, so I think they are
prime for a huge upset here. If we check it out over on CallShe, Pittsburgh has a 62% chance to
win, while UNC only has a 38. If you were to put $25 down on UNC winning this game, which if you
use the code HMS, you will get not only $25 when you put your $25 for this trade, so you get it
instantly back, but talk to my guys over there. They're gonna give you an additional $30 on top
of that, getting a grand total of $55. So win or lose, you're still making extra on top of what
you got. So people who listen to me about the Jets beating the Bears, they're still sitting happy
with that $30 additional in their account, but they can end up putting $25 on this and get $63
in $0.05. If you guys are new and you sign up using that code, you'll end up getting $63 plus
an additional $55. That's boring, but that's still $110 upside with just a downside of additional
net positive of $30. So make sure you go check this out because this is this is peer-to-peer.
So as people start understanding how Pitt's going to be less impactful without their QB,
these numbers will shift. So make sure to take advantage of the fact that the markets are where
they are and go to use that code HMS where you get $55 when you trade 25. Next, we have the
Tennessee Titans and Drew Mastemaker. I thought he's in this draft class, not in the three-rounder
that I did. He has Jalen Hawkins, a running back, as one of his buddies there at Oklahoma State.
And he doesn't, Jalen Hawkins doesn't have the necessary receiving ability. He will not be
featured in this mock draft just because there's some really good players I think deserve a little
bit more credit. But Hawkins is an elite round two back. But regardless, Hawkins is a true sophomore.
Dwight Young is a redshirt sophomore. So I had both of those guys return to be one trio that
comes out. Again, I wanted to have the cool story of three first-rounders from this team, but I just
had so many players I wanted to talk about. I could not put Caleb Hawkins in it. So if you guys are
wondering, like, where is he? That's why. But the Titans end up replacing Cam Ward. He'll be moved
on to a team, maybe like the Ravens or something, that are going to want to, like, grow him, maybe
flip him. A lot of teams end up trying to do that nowadays. But regardless, I mean, the 2027 draft
class that we had for the Titans was awesome, in my opinion. Clev Lubin, Jordan Seton, and Jire Hill,
in my opinion, all end up being really solid starters. It's just the NFL gets better. And if
you are weak at this most important position, and especially the coaching spots too, I think there'll
be a regime change by that point. Again, this is all for fun. But Drew Mestermaker ends up
being a Tennessee Titan in 2028. Next, we have Malachi Tony, wide receiver out of the U, going
at number three overall to the Miami Dolphins. He joins Colin Simmons, CJ Carr, and Nick Harbor.
So you have a really strong squad there of receiving weapons. Nick Harbor, gonna be more
the clear-out-route guy, but you have Caleb Douglas, you have Chris Bell, and Malachi Tony. Malachi did
just struggle versus Ashton Hampton, but I still thought he had a really solid performance overall.
Malachi Tony's a damn good receiver. Like, there's nothing wrong with him overall. He is
consistent, and you don't really need him to go up against those monster ex-receiver eliminators
when he can end up feasting on everyone from the slot, and you have all that talent around him.
Could talk about a QB here, but in my opinion, maybe CJ Carr takes a little bit of time to end
up getting as part of the organization and maybe has a solid promising end of the year, and you end
up kind of going with building the best roster, which in my opinion is the best move. But yeah,
Colin Simmons, CJ Carr, Nick Harbor, Malachi Tony, a nice little quadrinity of young talents going
forward for the Dolphins. Next, we have at number four, the Washington Commanders. You're like,
the Washington Commanders are very up and down, but I look at their class,
where I end up drafting Dylan Stewart, Elijah Green, and Brian Wesko, and I just look to that,
and like, I don't know how early Dylan Stewart's going to impact. Elijah Green, he's hurt for the
first six weeks of this year. We'll see if he bounces back, but he's someone who could end up
taking some time to get used to the NFL, and your secondary still is Bunz. And then you have Brian
Wesko, who has his own injury concerns, and I think he needs to be eased into the NFL. That
leads you here to number four, and you go DJ Pickett, cornerback, elite cornerback, out of
LSU. And what's funny is that this is the dude who wears number five right now. That's kind of like,
it was another part where I'm like, you know, that's kind of entertaining. But he's a 6'4
cornerback with a ton of experience, and he's somebody who's been in constantly, playing
constant football that I really love. I think he's going to be a really fun and enjoyable watch,
because you don't see 6'4 corners all that often that are going to be this consistent and this
talented. But I mean, again, get mad at the draft order. Who gives a crap? This is going to be two
years. We can't get the draft order right now for this year, let alone the following year. But,
you know, it's an excuse to have some fun theories that come out and never end up working.
But next we have number five, the Pittsburgh Steelers. I end up going with what you guys
tell me, like, you should go after a QB in 2027. And I say, **** all that. And I'm like, you know
what? What happens if you're right? I think y'all are wrong. I think that Drew Allard can end up
being something truly special. But you know what? Let's just say we test out the Rooks. We test out
the Youngins. They end up being ass. Well, we're at number five, and we draft Keelan Russell,
quarterback out of Alabama. He probably would be the number one QB if he ends up gaining 10 to 20
pounds and maintains his athleticism. Of course, things do change. We see some other players when
you add some weight, not always the best, but really good play extension. Not the best arm
compared to guys like Camario Taylor, but still a really good one. Really good movement skills.
And again, I love the play extension he brings. So I would love to see how Keelan Russell combined
with Chris Cole, Jakarius Peake, Bryce Pollock, and Amari Thomas give that infusion of youth.
Chris Cole is one of my favorite players I've ever studied, so very big fan of that one. But
Jakarius Peake on the interior of the offensive line. Hoffman's up for a deal this year. I think
Dunker could end up moving there. But on top of that, we don't necessarily know the future of
Mason McCormick, which at this point, he'd be up for a contract as well. Only so many dollars to
go around, and I'm not necessarily sure if we should be paying a quarter of $100 million a year
to Mason McCormick. So I do think there's going to be some sort of need there, at least in the
short or the long run. But Jakarius Peake, I like that. And then Bryce Pollock, we need some help in
the secondary. I'm not drafting another corner here if we do have that need at QB. And then
Amari Thomas, he's a good short-range separator that I don't think we really have. He's a bulkier
slot receiver, so it's going to be intriguing to see how that pans out with Keelan Russell at QB.
Next, we have Brandon Finney, cornerback out of Oregon, going to the Arizona Cardinals at number
six. He joins Samson Okunlola out of Miami. We're going to try to move him to right tackle, but
worst-case scenario, Paris Johnson is experienced there. So you're going to have the tackles filled.
Then we traded up and got Darien Mensah at the end of the first, which based on his current play
versus Clemson, I think that's actually a semi-realistic range for him to be in the
portion. Based on his frame and his overall tools, he's been doing a great job, but it's not
impossible for him to be there. And then Christian Allegro, I mean, what a steal. 250-pound linebacker
there in the third. And then you end up adding Brandon Finney, who ends up joining Will Johnson,
like two elite corner one archetypes. And no fly zone, baby. Just go BPA. And that's exactly what
did here. 6'2", over 200 pounds, and a ton of experience too. He's had some huge plays so far,
so I'm excited to see if he ends up living up to that hype. Number seven, the Chargers. They're
not doing well right now, but they end up going and getting themselves a true ex-receiver with
J.J. Buchanan out of Michigan. Got to get the Michigan guys, right? And this guy's been phenomenal
for the Michigan Wolverines. It's literally like the Bugatti in the trash shack, unfortunately. I
mean, Bryce Underwood's been assed. He's not going to be part of this video. But as he joins Will
Echols, we traded up for Reed Harris at the end of the one. Of course, got another Michigan guy
there in Ned Dom Nichols. And then Nicky Prongo's to play on the interior, but could play some
tackle as well. There's been some injury concerns there. And Niko Iyama-Leava is the big change-up
right there. I'm forgetting exactly who I ended up having as the last pick for the Chargers,
but I ended up shifting it around a little bit, and I ended up getting Niko Iyama-Leava,
who's a big, tall, strong-armed quarterback that needs some time to develop, especially
Justin Herbert having some injury concerns. Makes some sense to have him on the roster and basically
a cheaper version of Trey Lance. Number eight, we have the Buccaneers going Dylan Raiola
quarterback out of Oregon. He joins Leonard Moore, Justin Scott, and Boubacar Traore.
Now there's a strong chance the Buccaneers don't end up at this spot. I'll concede that.
Isn't it fun to think about Dylan Raiola being somebody who can ascend to such an elite level,
and the Buccaneers—if you end up getting Leonard Moore, Justin Scott, Boubacar Traore,
your defense should be elite. But maybe the offense is really that lagging,
and you need someone with an X-factor. That's what Raiola so far has been. He came in for Dante
Moore when Oregon needed him most, stepped up, and performed really well. So I'm excited to see
if he ends up living up to that type of status, but time will tell with Dylan Raiola for the
Buccaneers. Number nine, we have the Lions. And the Lions, I think, are on a downward trajectory.
They need to just bounce back. And if you get a draft where you get Kingston Lopa,
Jalen Mayo, Anthony Knapp, and my last pick was Sam Levitt, I said, **** all that.
We're going Bray Hubbard, and I love how he fits with the Lions secondary. That's going to be a
really good kick to get this team back on track. So I think this is going to be a great opportunity.
Drake Lindsey, he is somebody who has some aspects of Stafford to him, and I'm not saying that just
because, oh, it's a white guy with a big arm. You watch it. Some of these throws really are
Stafford-esque. I think the consistency needs to improve. Hence why he's not coming out in
2027 for me, and he's coming out in 2028. They also just ended up routing Michigan. There were
some plays in there. Didn't have the best performance this past week, but overall,
ended up taking a Minnesota to a W over Michigan. And so I think that if you end up kind of building
the bare bones like this, because Jared Goss is not the youngest guy in history either,
this is someone who could sit for a year and kind of do a Kirk Cousins and a wildlife game,
Fernando Mendoza type of young growth into something truly special. And Drake Lindsey
could provide that. Next, we got one of my favorite players in the whole country right now,
and I hope to God he continues playing this well. This is someone who could be as high as a number
two overall pick based on how he's played so far and based on his potential frame. The Panthers,
who ended up drafting Kelly Jones to help that secondary with all the injuries and such,
trained as Green to provide basically a long-term version of Darren Waller, and then Austin Simmons,
which is a swap for Bray Hubbard, to provide at least some sort of upside at QB, which he could
end up being part of this class as well. I ended up drafting Braden Jacobs' left tackle out of
Clemson. Monroe Freeling has left and right tackle versatility. In my opinion, long-term vision,
Ike Ikuonu, I don't really think he fits the vision, you can end up having Monroe at right,
Braden Jacobs at left. 6'7", 345, went up against Miami, and allowed zero pressures. 54 pass
blocking reps. Zero pressures. He hasn't allowed a pressure since week one versus LSU. And even
then it was only two pressures, but still. Week one, they're still kind of getting into it. He's
doing so much, so early, and he is kicking some ass. So I'm beyond excited to see if this guy can
truly live up to that potential, because we could be talking about a legendary type of tackle. If
you're 6'7", 345, and can handle speed rushers, that's dangerous. Number 11, the Giants. They go
after their secondary as well. They liked a corner from Tennessee in Colton Hood. They're
bringing in his buddy Ty Redmond, quarterback. He is 6'3", 200 pounds. He's not allowed a touchdown
this year, and he actually ended up coming off a really strong performance this week. He ends up
joining Amari Washington to be kind of like your next Sexy Dexy. Devin McEwen, balanced wide
receiver to be with fields as well as neighbors. And then you have Chris Peel, who's a really nice
depth of defensive back. And you're building the foundation. You're building the bare bone pieces
of a really strong team, and I hope that on the offensive line, it continues to develop and
continues to nurture into something that's really productive. Receiving court-wise, we've already
balanced that out. Running back, I debated it, but I just don't really think there's a running
back that is top 10-ish in this class. And there's one in this draft. I've already kind of mentioned
him in this video, but it's not Jalen Hawkins because he's just not a very good receiver,
but I digress. Yeah, I think that this team definitely could be in a really good spot if
the defense could be the identity, and then Jackson Dart and the offensive line can end up
kind of meshing together and staying healthy. You could end up having a really strong, strong
bounce back. Number 12, we have the Minnesota Vikings, and you're going to get mad at the
order. You know what? Enjoy the fact you get better players. It's your fault for you guys
being better than what I expect. Good for you. But Marco Jones, monster edge out of Texas A&M.
This dude's kicking ass for Texas A&M. I don't know if he ends up staying there because there's
going to be a mass exodus. I assume Miami's probably going to be the next destination,
but this dude's balling out, and he has an amazing frame, 6'5, 260. He ends up outperforming
Antosaka on a weekly basis. Ended up being a star of the week this week. I don't know if he ended
up making the video off the top of my head, but he is somebody who's still in that list,
but then you end up looking at it. It's, you know, Daunte Moore, Kwon Brown. Of course,
Kwon Brown has two fumbles this week, but you know, eight carries, seven missed tackles,
force 80 yards and touchdown. Just going to throw that out there. Ty Benefield, really good safety,
and then Antosaka, who he has chemistry with. Anto's going to be a really good DPR, but Marco
Jones, built to be an every-down-edge rusher. So I'm excited to see how that ends up panning out.
I debated a receiver here, but I'm going to stick with Marco Jones. At number 13,
formerly the New England Patriots selection for A.J. Brown ends up being Philadelphia Eagles spot
where they draft David Sanders Jr. tackle out of Tennessee. He ended up having a rough week
a week ago. Ended up allowing five pressures, but on the season overall, outside that one blip,
he's been phenomenal. He's been showing out like a true top-end tackle. Could be a top 10 pick.
Now, Markel Bell could end up being the second coming. There's a chance at that, but I think
having David Sanders here is a good risk mitigation. So this is going to be the Patriots pick,
not the Eagles pick. Could be the Eagles pick. Who gives a damn, right? But I think that the
Philadelphia Eagles need to prioritize completing their offensive line. I'm not necessarily sure
how long Milot is going to be at the level that he is. In two and a half years, are we really still
trusting, or in two years, are we really gonna be trusting that he's still gonna be the long-term
vision? I think that's where Markel Bell should end up focusing. I think David Sanders should be
either the immediate or the long-term vision at right tackle, and he ends up joining Cam Coleman,
Cade Pieper, and Jalen McClain. There was the option for going to corner here, but honestly,
I think David Sanders is a phenomenal offensive lineman, and I didn't want to have him slip any
further than the top 15, and this was a good opportunity where you definitely need to focus
on getting the top-end talent when available. Number 14, we have Dylan Sikorsky, guard out
of Texas. He joins Arch Manning, his former quarterback, along with Ellis Robinson, Tade
Johnson, KJ Duff, and Bear Alexander. First off, someone complained about that draft glass.
Who? Who would do that? Again, it's like, oh, we need a linebacker. Do not always address all
needs in the draft. Like, don't do that. Usually going best player available is a good idea.
You end up getting Arch Manning via small trade-up. It costs a third-round pick. Whoop-dee-doo.
Then Ellis Robinson, who I think is a top 10 player in the class, and Tade Johnson,
who could be a top 10 player in the class as well, and then you also get KJ Duff,
who has been doing a really damn good job, and then Bear Alexander, who's an aggressive
defensive interior. I don't get what the fuss is all about, and then on top of that,
let's address some of the interior offensive line help with Dylan Sikorsky, who has been
unreal to start this year. We'll see how that ends up tracking along, but
new addition from Oregon State, he's been fantastic for the Longhorns with an over 90 PFF blocking
grade. We take that with a pinch of salt, right? We don't trust him as much anymore, but it's a good
reference to have at least. But Sikorsky, really good build, really good production so far this
year. Definitely a name to keep on your watch list. Number 15, we have Nathan Roy, tackle out
of Minnesota. Roy's a very good player. Like, I watched him this past week, and I'm like,
he could come out in this draft and look really, really good. But he still has extra years of
eligibility, and if his quarterback comes back to school, you know how that likes to draw the
attention of the other offensive linemen. That's just, it's a team thing, so let's all go back to
school. Maybe Anthony Smith will be in that room as well. But Nathan Roy, a little bit on the lighter
side, but he's an aggressive beast. Also, the Packers don't really care about the size of their
tackles. I mean, hell, most of their offensive linemen are hybrid tackle guards in the first
place, but he joins Carter Smith, tackle guard hybrid, move to the inside, along with Kayton Lee,
who's a strong, heavy corner, and then Pancho Valolo, great value to have for a center.
My goal is, let's fix the offensive line. Can you tell? I love Nathan Roy, though. He really does
pop. He passes the eye test. I just don't really think that in this class, he's going to get the
respect he deserves. But maybe, maybe I'm a year too late on him in this equation. Maybe he ends
up being a top-end option for this draft class. Next is 16. Jaguars fans hate when I end up going
after a running back for him, and you don't need it, no. But Fluff Bothwell is such a monster,
and I know how much Liam Cohen liked the ground game. Fluff Bothwell, you can tell the difference
between Mississippi State with him on the field, and then you saw this past week with him not on
the field. 5'10", 230, explosive back. He looks like he's 2'10", when he ends up moving around,
but he's listed 230. And then you end up adding him to Tate, Caden Green, who had a phenomenal
week as well, by the way. Tavian Gadson, who's going to be a really nice pass rushing defensive
interior. And Jelani McDonald, who's an enforcing defensive back. And you're building yourself a
really nice, heavy, aggressive, gritty group of young players. Bothwell can drive for extra yards.
Green is a nasty guard-tackle hybrid, which I think he should be a tackle. Tavian Gadson,
he's a mean ************ when he turns it on. And then Jelani is a heavy safety who knows how to lay
the boom. So really good group of players here that, in my opinion, will set the tempo for this
team that they don't really have right now. You have some explosiveness, you have some finesse,
but I don't think you have the actual enforcefulness that Bothwell could bring.
Number 17, we have JKS going to the Atlanta Falcons. There's going to be a point where you're
going to have to start trying to think whether you're paying dudes or not. And it's like you're
already, your wide receivers are used to a lefty. And a lot of people are going to be mad that JKS
is not the number one pick. He's not been that good this year. Just going to throw that out there.
But you can't just throw away all the good tape because he hasn't been good this year. I think
that's pretty disingenuous. But he has elite ceiling. He has a really strong arm when his
feet are planted. Not the most mobile guy in the world, but this dude is a big-time throw machine.
And he ended up, of course, getting a concussion this past week. He apparently got medically
cleared to go back in the game. I don't know how the hell that happened. Shout out to the coach,
by the way, and Ian Strong. Ian Strong said, like, get off the field because JKS was about to
continue playing. And the coach said, hey, this guy was medically cleared. I wanted to save his
noggin. That was a close game they lost as well. So he ended up choosing his player's health above
the W. Shout out to the head coach of that program. So good on him. But JKS is a really
solid player. On top of that, he ends up joining Melvin Ciani and Ryan Wingo. And I ended up
swapping it. That last pick was, I'm forgetting off the top of my head exactly who I ended up
drafting for y'all. But I ended up moving up a player who I think is even better. John Tez
Williams defensive back at a USC, formerly Iowa State, kind of being like a Clark Phillips archetype
of player boundary nickel hybrid, but really smart, super high IQ. But you have the right
tackle side filled with Melvin Ciani. You have Ryan Wingo, who's an elite deep threat. And now
you have JKS who can end up throwing to a deep threat, a nice short range, and then also a
and an elite tight end. I think, obviously, let's not discount B. John Robinson here.
JKS could be an elite quarterback within one to two years. And I think it provides a bigger
yield than Michael Penix would, especially because of his injury concerns. JKS ended up playing a
game on a bum foot. And we give him credit where credit's due. He's a tough ************, man. And
he tried to play through the head injury. Like he's a tough guy. I can't I can't dog him. He's
really good player. Number 18, we had the Raiders going Cortez Harris, Ed Rusher out of Virginia
Tech. I just ended up talking to Sam Okun Lola, another Virginia Tech edge. And we're just like,
dude, this guy's a beast. He's been getting the majority of the snaps there. It's pretty clear.
Penn State transferred to Virginia Tech, by the way, followed Franklin there. But it's pretty
clear there's a very large amount of hope for this type of player who is just absolutely dominant.
And you end up adding him to Ahmad Bowden, quality defensive interior, Amari and Miller,
who ended up having a really solid week this week, almost 90 yards in a touchdown
fumble on his frickin rushing attempt. But it does happen. Players do make mistakes. But Amari
Miller, smooth receiver. I could have ended up going for a wide receiver one. This class does
look pretty weak at wide receiver. Just going to throw it out there. Wendell Gregory is a project,
but Cortez Harris is someone that you're going to put in immediately as a high tier edge to.
And I don't know why. Tell me that Cortez Harris doesn't sound like a Las Vegas Raider name.
Sounds like an Oakland Raider name, but it just fits like it has that aura to it. Cortez Harris.
So I'm excited to see how that would end up panning out for y'all.
Number 19, Wyatt Young, a wide receiver out of Oklahoma State, goes to the Cleveland Browns.
He joins Trinidad Chambliss, Mateo Uyagole, D.J. McKinney and Ben Roberts. Once again,
kind of like an Andrew Barry masterclass. And then you end up pairing him up, of course,
with an elite receiver here and Wyatt Young Trinidad. I would love to see how he utilizes
Wyatt Young. You pair him up with your already young duo of wide receivers in Denzel, Boston
and Casey Concepcion. That's a balanced receiving core. You have a short range separator. You have
a deep threat and you have kind of like a prototypical deep X, like nice balance there.
I just love the group that you have. So really good selection there, in my opinion, for the
Browns. It kind of completes their offense as they continue trying to make a run.
Number 20, you got the Chicago Bears going iffy. Oh, but Daigwood corner out of Oregon.
We already had one corner. There's another one. There is. And he's six one, two hundred and three
pounds. So I didn't go corner for the Bears in his past draft when Devin Tompkins, who I love
as a flexible edge and defensive interior for the Dennis Allen system. I think he fits both,
depends on which one you want to use him for. When I drafted Wilhelm, I was like, all right,
let's maybe push Devin to the interior. But the more the merrier can have some flexibility.
And then some interior depth, Evan Tengestal. But the big position that you need help with
is corner right now. And if he Obedekwu, he's already had a ton of production,
good pass breakups. And, you know, you just look at him and he's already working with Brandon Finney,
who is taken at number four, I believe, or number five or six in this draft class.
You're talking about someone who could end up being an elite to who gets a lot of exposure
as people avoid his quarterbacks, avoid Brandon Finney. So you're having someone who's already
exposed a lot, has a great frame and could be a true corner to with Jalen Johnson. And as Jalen
regresses into like as he ages, you can end up seeing this guy being a prototypical one.
Number twenty one, we have the Bengals. I shifted some things around here. All right,
because originally I had Elijah Page as the left tackle for the Bengals. And part of me,
the more I thought about the less I liked it. Elijah Page is not an aggressive offensive
tackle like Orlando Brown. Jackson Lloyd is. So I ended up giving this to the Broncos. I gave
Elijah Page to the Broncos because their tackle situation, they're getting a little older.
I ended up switching their third round pick because they want to tackle in the third anyways.
But I ended up going Kingston, Billy, Amu, Asa linebacker at a Notre Dame in the second K.J.
Bolden in the first Elliott Washington in the third round, along with Terrence Carter. In my
opinion, all players who I think are worth well more than where I drafted them. Elliott Washington,
honestly, probably about that spot. But he's been really good recently for Clemson. But we're
talking about really big impact players. And honestly, you end up adding a really strong
left tackle here and Jackson Lloyd, who's been really productive. He's young and he's six,
that's something that you could probably try to bet on and move to the bank. Number 22,
we're back with the Eagles who have already drafted a high tier offensive tackle on David
Sanders. They go Caleb Odom star tight end out of Ole Miss. This dude is an absolute animal on
the field. Impossible to bring down. I'm excited to see him continue to progress as a blocker.
But honestly, you're going to say, oh, Stowers, Stowers, he's on Phantom IR. We're bringing in
you're going to have him be the weapon that you want to be in the slot. I don't care. But you need
someone who can actually be a menace. And I think Caleb Odom has the ceiling to be a menace. He
joins, of course, can't call him Kate Pieper and Jalen McClain as well. Number 23, we have the
Ravens going tailing Taylor wide receiver out of Georgia. There's a lot that needs to come to
fruition for Taylor and Taylor. But I like the idea of the Ravens continuing to invest in their
offense. Their offensive line already got some help with P.J. Williams. But you also trade up
for Jaden Ball. That was before the this past week. I'm like, but it was only pick 12. It's
not like a trade into the top 10 for him. I still think Jaden Ball is going to be an absolute
superstar. But P.J. Williams, really good addition to the interior of the offensive line. I think
that will continue to nurture, grow and develop. But you need to get some higher tier weapons to
replace Rashad Bateman and such. And I think Taylor and Taylor at six foot 190 is perfect for
that. He's already made some awesome circus catches. He's already a really good player.
I just want to see him become more consistent and be more of a focal point. Number 24. Well,
this is a player I love. New Orleans Saints go Greg Smith defensive back at a UNC hyper underrated
player. He was on my breakout list for this year. I just don't think he's getting the exposure that
is necessarily reflective of his skill set. But six four to 15, very productive this year.
Definitely a name that I want on my team. On top of that, he's good in the nickel. He can play
deep so he can play boxing, play nickel. He can end up playing deep. That's really good
versatility to have. And I know the secondary for the Saints loves their versatility. This
would basically be a Derwin James archetype of player. He does join Ashton Hampton. So talk about
Cooley McKinstry, Greg Smith, Ashton Hampton, three aggressive, heavy defensive backs. Yonsei
Pierre. Love that coming off the edge. And Mike Matthews, a nice deep threat that you add with
Bryce Lance to have that portion. This is a team that can make a really strong push. I think this
is a great addition to the team and another player that I really, really like. Number 25, we got the
Broncos. They got Elijah Page on one side. We're getting Kevin Haywood on the other. We're having
the long term offensive tackle vision in a couple of years. Again, these guys are getting older.
There needs to be the vision there. But Kevin Haywood, six nine three twenty. I wanted to have
a year to kind of sit, mature and grow into that role. In my opinion, Elijah Page could also
potentially swing into guard and such. But he joins Jamari Johnson, Elijah Page and Witt Weeks.
He was the guy who I ended up swapping in there as that third round pick. But Kevin Haywood,
already a ton of really good exposure moments, ends up still producing very, very well.
So unique frame at six nine. We'll see if that comes to fruition as an issue. But so far,
looking really, really good. So let's talk about him as the draft comes around. But again, Jamari
Johnson, top end weapon, Witt Weeks, good production. And then Elijah Page kind of growing
a young group of tackles. And that's been one of the main reasons why I've been successful,
is having a really strong O-line. Number 26, the Niners go David Stone, defensive interior out of
Oklahoma. He was someone who I had returning. He gets healthy, he gets strong. But still,
there are those lingering questions about what happened this year that pushes him to the late
first. And a team like the Niners is like, that's easy money for me. We're going to take a really
good player here to add to our group, along with Trevor Loud, Jordan Ross, and Anthony Boswell.
So I like fixing the offensive line. Now we're fixing the defensive line as well. A very high
upside group of players that could end up being a huge payoff. Number 27, we have the Texans,
and this guy got to add a little bit of weight. But Marquis Lightfoot, edge out of Miami,
goes at number 27. Again, another really high ceiling player, very productive so far this year.
We'll see if that ends up continuing, but Lightfoot has been dominant. Of course,
he joins Jeremiah Smith because it's the current standings. Then Austin Sierveld and Nate Frazier.
I think retooling the offense is crucial. Getting Daniil Hunter's replacement is another thing,
and Marquis needs a little bit of time to get into that realm. Number 28, we have the Seahawks,
and let's give them a weapon. Kobe Howard, wide receiver out of Penn State. He was balling before
unfortunately having an injury that's going to push him out towards possibly the end, if not
through the end of the year. So this is a player that we're really projecting to bounce back and be
the player he is right now, or was before he got hurt. But of course, he joins Greg Johnson,
quality interior offensive lineman, tons of flexibility. Principal Oumami Ellen, who's
going to come off the edge and be a really good experienced edge. T.J. Moore, very good depth
receiver, and L.J. Martin, kind of a perfect Zach Charbonnet replacement. Kobe Howard can come in
and be a balanced receiver. 5'11", 200 pounds, good frame, definitely somebody that you're going
want that's not going to compete with T.J. Moore's role, kind of being the long-term vision of the
Cooper Cup role, so to speak. So very big fan of Kobe Howard. I hope he ends up hitting his ceiling
because I've liked him so far from what I've seen. Number 29, Mason Posa, linebacker out of Wisconsin,
goes to the Kansas City Chiefs. Posa's been on countless stock reports. There's a chance that
he could go noticeably higher than this, but for right now, 6'3", 235, he's going to be taken right
here. He joins Ryan Coleman-Williams, wide receiver out of Alabama. Luke Reynolds, electric tight end
out of Virginia Tech, true-as-a-party star tackle out of Washington. And Daniel Harris, super high
ceiling corner out of California, Georgia. This is a strong group of rookies that, in my opinion,
are in court at that point, second-year players, plus this rookie, who could end up being a face
of a franchise. Like, it's a group of players that you want to keep for the long haul. So I'm very
happy with how that ended up panning out for the Chiefs. Some other draft classes, maybe I'm not as
confident. This one, I'm very happy with the outcome. Number 30, Dayton Hopkins, edge rusher out of
Missouri, goes to the Los Angeles Rams. He's been extremely productive this year, 6'6", 250. He's
elevated his game to a whole new level. Offensive tackles can't seem to get their head around it. He
continues to get sacks, continues to get pressures, and the Rams need to have a contingency plan for
the long haul. I want him to grow and develop under Miles. Then you have Nick Marsh, wide receiver
out of Indiana as well. So they already solved their main problems. Let's see if they can end
up solving that edge rusher problem for the long haul as well. Number 31, we have the Cowboys,
which, yeah, I've been overhyping the Cowboys at this point. The Dallas water has seeped into my
brain. It has affected my cognition, my cognitive abilities, my cognition. But I love Anthony
Palano. I just saw him last week, or this week, yesterday, as I'm recording this, in Dallas at
SMU, and dude ends up putting up a really strong performance. So gotta give him love where love is
due. He's a real quality linebacker who's shown up week after week. Definitely a name for you to
get used to, but he joined Trevor Goosby and Kwon Lacey. He went heavy on the offense. Now let's end
up polishing that defense. Jay Sean Barham, Anthony Palano, overshown. Can talk about a really good
group of linebackers that can stick around for now. Last but not least, we have the Bills,
who ended up always just losing stupid games. Of course, they lose the New England today.
It is what it is, but they go Evan Link offensive tackle out of Michigan. Lance Hurd, I have him
going to guard, but I think Evan Link with the contract situation of both of the tackles,
surprisingly, you look at Dawkins contract, you end up looking at, um, at Spencer and I can't
call him Spencer Anderson, but, uh, right tackles contract. Both of them are possible openings. So
Evan Link, who's been really reliable this year has gone up against quite a few quality edges,
and he's not letting up many pressures at all. Um, definitely somebody to keep an eye out on. This is
a good late, uh, selection. And I think he does have another year or he has another two years of
eligibility. So he'd be an experienced acquisition to the NFL, which I feel very comfortable with
here. And then the aggressiveness of Lance Hurd as well. Got the speed of deuce. Alexander is a
receiver and then a quality linebacker playing Tony Rojas. Sounds like money, baby. That's the
video. Thank you so much for watching. And I put a lot of work into this. Let me know if you guys
want some tweaks or something. I'm sure some of y'all are going to ask for the year. I don't have
that on hand. So it's just like, we'll make do with it as we can. If I always know it, of course,
I like to mention it, but, um, yeah, I mean, put a lot into this. I hope you guys did enjoy it as
much as I did. And, uh, yeah. Love you. See you later. Peace.
