Sep 30, 2026
What if there was a way to practice your Christian faith, but also keep track of your health?
Well, let's look at this product.
Welcome back to Good Tech Cheap.
I'm today's host, Matthew, and today we're going to be taking a look at the Elah Ring.
That's right.
This is a ring that monitors your health, but also reminds you when it's time to pray
and helps you keep up with your Christian faith.
But as you know, in our episode of Good Tech Cheap, we do a full unboxing and review.
So let's get into it.
Welcome back to Good Tech Cheap.
Today we're going to be taking a look at the Elah Ring S1.
This is a Christian faith based technology ring.
This ring right here is just going to remind you how to serve your faith and give you reminders
on when prayer time is, but also how to monitor your health.
So know your body, serve the faith.
A signet edition.
Packaging on this looks really great.
You'll be able to see right here it works for the iOS and also Android store.
And then we also have the sizing kit right here that's included.
So let's go ahead and open these up.
Inside the ring case, you're going to get this sleeve right here.
Inside that sleeve is a welcome guide.
So this is going to give you information on setting up your ring and getting the most out of it.
You're also going to get this little card right here.
Number 1426.
Your trust helped bring the Elah Ring into the world.
Right here on the side, we got this founding light card right here.
And on the back, we got some share information and contact information.
We also have a charging cable, which is the USB-C to C cable.
And it looks like this is a braided cable.
So it's very, very nice.
Before we actually look at the ring, I want to show you guys the sizing kit that they include.
You're going to find the perfect fit for you.
So you'll choose a finger, you'll try on these rings,
and you'll make a note of it.
Which one's the right one?
After you get your size, you're going to submit it to them there.
And that way in the mail, you get the right size ring for you.
This is what that little kit looks like right here.
Very, very cool that it has sizes up to 13.
And now that we've discussed that, let's go ahead and look at the Elah Ring S1.
Wow, this thing looks so nice.
This is a charging case right here.
So do keep in mind, you'll be able to put the ring in here, charge it up.
There's a USB-C cable.
So let's go ahead and check out this ring.
This thing feels fantastic.
This does not feel like a cheap ring at all.
This feels like a very, very nice ring.
Looks like we have the cross right here on the front.
Then on the back here, we have some sensors and we have some peel-off tape.
So let's go ahead and pull that off.
And that way, this is where it charges right here on the side.
Putting the ring on is nice and simple.
You'll be able to just slide it on.
And then the sensors, as you see, will press against your skin and give you body information.
So let's go ahead and get the ring set up and try it out.
This is the Elah Ring S1.
If you've ever wished your smart ring could do more than just track your health,
the Elah Ring S1 takes a very different approach.
This is a faith-centered smart ring designed to combine wellness tracking
with quiet reminders for prayer, reflection, and your everyday walk with God.
At first glance, it looks like a sleek minimalist ring.
But inside, the Elah Ring uses sensors to monitor things like heart rate,
heart rate variability, sleep, stress, activity, body temperature, and blood oxygen.
The idea is simple.
Instead of just giving you another collection of numbers,
Elah connects those body signals with movements of reflection and faith.
And inside the anchor section, you can set multiple task reminders, such as prayer.
You'll be able to set a scheduled time.
And when that time hits, the ring will vibrate and the cross will light up,
just reminding you that it's time to do that task.
When it comes to stress care, the ring will keep track of your stress levels.
And if it notices any issues or spikes in your stress level, it'll also notify you.
So again, the ring will vibrate and the cross will light up,
just reminding you to take time to chill out.
When it comes to health tracking, you'll get plenty of data to show you
kind of what's going on with your body,
what your heart rate's at on a daily level, and throughout the day.
So the three powerful sections of the app are body.
It shows patterns and trends from signals such as sleep,
HRV, heart rate, stress, and more.
When it comes to anchor, this reflects the intentional practices you've set
and completed, such as prayer or bible reading.
And in the spirit section, it brings all those together
to help the user understand their overall state
and receive faith-centered reflection or suggestions
for how they might respond and turn their attention back to God.
The ring itself is made with grade 5 titanium and medical grade resin.
It weighs approximately three to five grams.
The battery life is rated up to six days,
with a charging case providing additional charges.
Charging is fairly simple.
You just take the ring and put it in the charging case.
You can keep the charging case plugged up,
or you can remove it for portability.
The Elah Ring S1 is going to be water-resistant, so that's right.
You can wear the ring even while washing your hands or taking a shower.
It's comfortable for daily wear,
so you can use it while typing, working at your desk,
using your phone, or just going on a walk.
There's also no subscription required for the core Elah experience.
Essential features like body tracking, devotional anchors,
bible reading, journaling, and core faith-made companionship
are included with the ring,
while Elah Plus adds additional personalization and insights.
I really like the philosophy behind this product.
Elah isn't designed to replace prayer, scriptures, church,
or meaningful relationships.
Instead, it's designed to be a small, wearable reminder
to slow down, reflect, and make room for your faith
during the moments that can get overlooked.
And with the pre-order prices listed at $199,
and when it launches, it'll be around $249.
You also get the free sizing kits,
so you'll be able to figure out that right size for you.
So if you're looking for a smart ring
that combines wellness technology with faith-centered features,
the Elah Ring S1 is definitely an interesting wearable to check out.
So I gotta say, this thing is awesome.
Elah, great job!
This is our first time working with Elah,
and I gotta say the Elah Ring S1 is just so cool.
The ring itself is so high quality, it's so nice.
They've done a fantastic job.
And I personally think it's super cool
the fact that they've mixed this technology with this religion also.
So it's kind of like clashing the two worlds together
and making something really awesome and beautiful out of it.
Helping you practice your faith,
but also keeping track of your health.
It's a great combo.
So we want to give a huge shout out to Elah for sponsoring this video.
