Welcome to Best C.A.I.
Today, we're diving in Chaindesk AI as a platform designed for both beginners and professionals.
It allows you to create chatbots that have large language models, like ChatGPT Power.
What makes Chaindesk special is that these chatbots are trained on your custom data.
You can build a chatbot that knows exactly what you need, whether it's PDFs, webpages,
or even internal company documents.
It's great for customer support, employee onboarding, or even automating FAQs.
Over 3,500 companies have already started using Chaindesk AI, and in this video, you'll
learn how to make it work for you.
First, you can create an account here.
You can also click the link in my description to access the Chaindesk website.
Alright, let's get hands-on.
The first step is to create your custom chatbot, or agent, as they call it.
Once logged into Chaindesk, head to the Create New Agent button.
Next, you'll name your agent.
Let's call ours Test Agent for now.
You don't need an API key for this setup, so let's keep it public and use the default
OpenAI GPT 3.5 engine.
You can adjust the temperature settings here, which controls how random or focused the chatbot's
answers will be.
For a more consistent response, we'll set it to zero.
After that, you can choose a prompt template.
For this demo, we'll stick to the default Customer Support Agent.
Now let's add our data.
Click on the Data Source section.
You can upload anything from a webpage URL, as I found the URL with Car Electric on the
internet.
For this demo, let's use a blog URL.
Once you hit Finish, Chaindesk will automatically scan and index the content.
Your chatbot is now ready to answer questions based on this data.
Let's test it out.
I'll ask our agent, what is means this document?
And as you can see, within seconds, the agent pulls up the correct information.
But what if your chatbot doesn't give you the right response?
That's where Chaindesk's fine-tuning feature comes in.
You can click the Improve button and point it to a specific source URL or company document.
This fine-tunes the bot to give more accurate responses based on the new data.
This function you must upgrade to use, after that, you have a good result.
That's the power of fine-tuning.
Once you've built and fine-tuned your agent, it's time to deploy it.
Chaindesk makes embedding your chatbot on your website, Slack, or other platforms easy.
Hit the Deploy button and select where you want it to live.
You can also integrate Chaindesk with tools like Slack or set it up on your intranet.
It's simple and fast.
And that's it.
We've created a fully functional AI-powered chatbot using Chaindesk AI in just a few minutes.
Whether you're using it for customer support, automating your business, or even personal projects,
this tool has something for everyone.
