Good afternoon and welcome.
It's Disclosure Day 9.
This is an update called DeLong, the Pentagon Disclosure and the Medals.
Today, I'd like to shout out, have a shout out to my good friend, Maureen
Sieber, who has written a letter to President Donald Trump.
Maureen is a writer for Psychology Today, and in her letter to President
Trump, she has mentioned UFO disclosure.
The story of Ron Pendolfi is still going on as of today.
Ron is still maintaining that the New York Times story on UFOs is a story
made up by Hal Puthoff.
Here's an interesting picture that appeared on Dr.
John Alexander's site, and he refers to Ron Pendolfi, those who are supposed to
know, do.
Dan Smith is the spokesman for Ron Pendolfi, and he, like myself, has some
doubt that the New York Times story has been faked.
He said, was the Grey Lady duped by a scientological scam?
That's Ron's claim.
I don't believe it.
We've now filed an FOIA, a reporter has filed an FOIA for me.
At first, it was filed with the DOD.
We now know from information that's coming out, it was the Defense
Intelligence Agency that actually requested the $22 million study.
So FOIAs have been filed on the whole New York Times story.
This is one thing that a lot of people missed.
I sort of missed it.
The video actually refers to the fact that there was a fleet of objects.
They don't show up on the film of the New York Times, the story where Navy jets
were chasing this object, but there is a reference to the fact that there was a
whole fleet of them.
And later on, I'll mention something else that George Knapp added to that.
George Knapp is the key person that people should be listening to on this story.
He's known about it since 2007, and he has done a few interviews since the New York
Times story appeared, and has added some details to what we know about the story
that was done in the New York Times, the Washington Post, and in Politico.
Some of the interviews George has done is of Senator Harry Reid, and in what George
Knapp has stated, he has known Harry Reid for a number of years, and he actually
told Harry Reid about Area 51 even before he first put Bob Lazar on camera, and that
in a number of interviews he's done with Senator Reid over the years, he and Reid
have talked about UFOs quietly off camera, and he said Senator Reid has always been
extremely interested in the whole subject.
Reid has now come forward and requested some sort of congressional investigation of
this, and we'll see where that goes.
Senator Reid also described in an interview with George Knapp that Senator Stevens had
had his UFO sighting in World War II, and that Stevens, when Senator Reid went to talk
to him about helping with getting some money to investigate UFOs, Senator Stevens said,
I've been waiting for this day since I left the Air Force, and he's very excited to be
involved.
There's another story that was done on the National Public Radio.
George Knapp and John Alexander appeared on National Public Radio and revealed a couple
of things that were fairly interesting.
Senator, Dr. Alexander is the head of a program that was run, and they called it the Advanced
Physics Conference.
This was in 1985, and in this interview with National Public Radio, Dr. Alexander states
that he basically was doing the same thing that this present $22 million study did.
This is the cost of the proposed budget for the Advanced Physics Theoretical Working Group,
$1.2 million, and the budget for the program, the black budget program that's just been
released was $4.4 million.
This was the proposed budget for John Alexander's group in the 1980s.
I had another update, I'll detail a little bit more about this, but John said he actually
did not get any funding for it, he'd actually gone to the guy who ran the Weapons in Space
program, and that the general that he talked to said that he could never be involved in
this.
He had a $5 billion budget, and that if he was ever caught putting money into UFOs, his
budget would be devastated.
So the program that John ran in the 1980s with a number of top-secret SCI people from
various agencies never got off the ground, according to John Alexander.
We are going to reveal some of the stuff through a number of these people that were in John's
group and in the group now, and I mentioned this before, I and Melinda Leslie will be
doing this at a lecture in San Jose in March of this upcoming year, which will give a lot
of details that have never been released.
One of the other things that was mentioned in this interesting interview with National
Public Radio, brought up by George Knapp, was the DIA role in this whole program, $22
million program.
According to George Knapp, DIA people actually had read the book on Skinwalker, had actually
gone to the Skinwalker Ranch, and these agents had actually had something happen when they
were there.
So it was these DIA agents that went to Senator Reid and sort of convinced him that he should
do something about the UFO subject.
This is kind of interesting because the DeLong operation is exactly the same as Bill Moore
from 1980.
Bill Moore was contacted by a high-ranking DIA officer at Offutt Air Force Base and was
given the same sort of thing.
We're a bunch of people inside the government who want to help, and he had 24 people around
him, Bill Moore, but again, it goes back to a DIA starting, appears both the Moore and
the present DeLong, or the present operation run by Senator Harry Reid.
George actually has the contact specifications of the program that was authorized by the,
or initiated by the DIA.
Number 10 is human effects, and one of the updates I'll do later on actually deals with
human effects that experiencers, people who have interacted with UFOs at close range or
who have interacted with the intelligence behind the phenomena are actually being studied,
and that's part of the New York Times story that a lot of people have sort of avoided.
The other thing that George mentioned, which is kind of interesting, is that the Nimitz
story, which is the videos that people are talking about now, actually were two weeks
of sightings, that this Nimitz incident with this object actually went on for two weeks.
And the spiritual component, which I'm very happy to hear John say, John said that he
was going to step out on a limb, and he was going to state that there was a spiritual
component to the UFO phenomena, which is what I've been saying for a number of years.
I've said it's going to be a lot less nuts and bolts than people think it is, and it's
going to be a lot more spiritual, which will offend one particular group, and that is the
materialistic paradigm scientists who believe that we're biological robots in a random
meaningless universe, to bring in a spiritual component will be something that will devastate
this worldview.
Another interview that was done was done by Lou Elizondo in Great Britain, which had an
interesting thing that hadn't been brought up before.
Lou Elizondo was actually asked about crashed flying saucers, and his comment was, I am
not sure that I can answer that.
That's all he would say.
Some of the reactions that have come out, there's another article, this was run in Canada,
Nick Pope has sort of changed from his first impression.
He said these things might well turn out to be Russian or indeed our own, and I don't
think there's many people that believe that that object that was filmed by the Navy fighter
jets is anything that the Russians or the Americans have.
This is Chris Carter from the Expo House, actually made a very interesting comment when
he was asked about this new program that was run by Tom DeLonge and these insiders that
are coming out.
He mentioned his own experience.
He said, yes, I visited the Pentagon several years ago, and it was clear something else
was going on there.
I met with people whose job was part of a group that was roughly in the same area described
as the fifth floor of the C ring where the recent UFO project was run.
Their job is to think about the future and where the US will be in the future, what its
interests will be, and what they'll need to defend, and everything had to do with space
and off planet without them actually saying aliens.
There was a suggestion that they were more than earthbound researchers.
Senator Rand Paul has put out an interesting tweet in reaction to this description of a
$22 million UFO investigation program, and he sent a message to Harry Reid.
He said, we argued about taxes, thought about spending, worked on repatriation together.
I helped treat your eye injury.
And then he says in caps, how is it that you never told me about the aliens, Harry?
And there was a very interesting, funny reply to it that somebody put on his reply, and
it was because you would not agree to use the tone of silence.
George has given details.
That's why I say George Knapp is the person that should be listened to on everything.
He has great details on what's going on.
He's now identified the fact that there are 38 reports.
Some of them are hundreds of pages in length, and one up to 490, which was described in
the New York Times.
He's also now identified the fact that there are 36 technical reports that have been written,
and this is all by the Bob Bigelow group, and he also identified the fact that there
are 24 films talking to Lou Elizondo, according to George Knapp.
Lou Elizondo, before he left his job at the Defense Department, actually placed 24 films
into unclassified areas so that when he left his job, he could go back and get the films.
So, according to George Knapp, there's at least 24 films out there, and these will all
be released.
There's also the warehouse with material that George Knapp stated he was aware of.
This is controlled by Bob Bigelow in Las Vegas, and the research with experiencers,
which, again, I will bring up in another update later on.
One of the interesting things I noticed that there's always been a sort of a debate in
the UFO community, who are we dealing with?
Is it multidimensional ETs, foreign powers or whatever?
And the guy who controls the material, who has all the records and did all this work,
is basically maintaining its ET presence.
I found that kind of interesting that a lot of people will evade that sort of subject,
but Bob Bigelow is stating you're dealing with an ET presence.
This is an incident that occurred about a week ago.
I've always said the key to really getting full disclosure is to ask the President of
the United States, who is the Wizard of Oz behind the curtain, the one running the cover
and a question was actually asked by Jordan Fabian, who is with The Hill, and he asked
a UFO question of the press secretary last week.
He asked whether the President believed in UFOs and if he would refund the UFO investigation
started by the Department of Defense.
It was a funny incident that occurred when he asked the question because he said,
thank you, Sarah, and that activated the Siri function on his phone.
And during the time he was asking the question, the phone started to read off his contacts.
And that sort of threw off the press secretary.
And she sort of said that she was afraid to answer the question because it appeared that
there was aliens in the room with him.
And yet she did confirm the fact that she had not talked about it with the President,
but that she would talk to him and she would report back.
Another interesting thing is Fabian was interviewed by The Hill, his newspaper, and in this seven
minute interview, he actually mentioned the fact that he talked to Sarah after he asked
the question and that the press secretary had stated that before the press conference
had started, the people in the office had actually tried to determine which questions
would be asked.
And they sort of thought that there was a UFO question that could be asked, but they
did not think anybody would ever ask the question.
Fabian actually stated at the end of the interview, he would not ask the question again.
But there was a confirmation made that it was viral.
It was one of the biggest tweets ever, the reaction they got from him asking the question.
And later on, then he posted, he said, the truth is out there.
And a number of different reporters came to his aid and retweeted what he had done.
Not many researchers seem to back him up.
For example, Charlie Spearing from the Breitbart News actually retweeted it.
And she just retweeted it.
Another one that did was Jennifer Jacobs, who mentioned the fact that the question had
been asked.
And she's from Bloomberg News.
So there was a number of reporters who actually took some interest in this whole thing, including
one of the reporters that asked the question in May of 2016.
This is just an interesting piece of news that may not, probably has nothing to do with
the disclosure or with the Tom DeLonge Pentagon release.
It appears that Coast to Coast AM has been canned in Canada.
It is no longer being broadcast in Canada.
And that's quite a few stations across Canada.
We really don't know why, but it's been going on for about maybe two weeks now.
This is a reaction to that.
Tom Clearwater posted to my Facebook page, funny, and this is kind of interesting.
I invested, he's a Canadian.
I invested in DeLonge's venture, and they returned my money, saying henceforth Canada
is excluded from investing.
Interesting.
This is Lou Elizondo talking.
I still have a security clearance, insisted that we need more research, and insisted that
this is a national security requirement, this whole program.
So a lot of people are still stating that this is a national security issue, and this
comes to this false flag idea that this is going to be run under a defense thing.
This may be a threat.
We're up against the Chinese, the Russians.
Senator Reid has discussed this.
A number of people have done this, that this may be the only way this thing gets financed
is to sort of spin the aliens as a possible threat.
Another interview that George did was on Phenomena Radio with Linda Howe.
This is kind of an interesting thing.
Raytheon actually, they had the radar that picked up this object on the Navy film, and
they actually now are running an ad.
What's the best way to track down an alien spaceship?
And they basically are taking credit for the fact that Raytheon helped a secret Pentagon
program track a possible alien visitor.
So it's kind of going public where people are actually using words like spacecraft and
Here's one of the, again, the skeptics coming out.
This is Sky and Telescope going on TV to put down the program.
But he was very, very uninformed.
He basically made a mistake of assuming it was $22 million a year and therefore said
they've spent $110 million to get a couple of videos.
Of course, we know and now know there's 70 plus reports, 24 videos, thousands of pages
of material, and it was only $22 million over five years, not $22 million a year.
So like normal, the skeptics really haven't done much research and are just basically
trying to save their position because now the UFO thing looks like we should start
researching this rather than looking into outer space.
This is General McCasland.
There were some people who were actually going to interview him about this.
And one of the things I wanted to bring up here is he has now sort of disappeared.
I'm not really sure whether he's quit the DeLong thing.
A lot of people saying he's sort of moved and quit.
I think he is.
And what I want to point out here in this update is that McCasland actually was advising
the DeLong operation.
And this goes back two years.
This is from the Wikileaks releases.
Two years ago, he was actually advising how to handle the disclosure effort, which we've
now seen this DeLong and his team pull off.
And you can see very clearly that they already had this operation going.
So this is not something that happened last week.
This has been planned for two years.
I'd like to get information.
It's not appropriate for others to see.
The ranking general on my committee has some ideas for a memo that would help provide context
for his and other officers' work on this project.
So they're actually advising the government, whoever runs this, McCasland is giving advice
as a general on how this should be handled.
And he's talking about, I was thinking a bit more about what the White House memo should
say, something like these points all point to federal agencies.
And it goes through various things, gives some background on the project, a favorable
public affairs position by all agencies, and it mentions NASA.
And NASA is involved, although you haven't really heard of the people at NASA.
NASA is involved in this DeLong operation.
So you have a general here who's basically giving advice to the people who are going
to pull off this disclosure effort, which is now sort of taking place.
Here's another one of these skeptical attacks on the UFO program.
This is from Scientific America talking about the metals, and they actually make reference
to this modified building in Las Vegas by Bob Bigelow for the storage of metals.
And they basically state, very strangely, there are no alloys that are sitting in some
warehouse that we cannot figure out what they are.
In fact, it's pretty simple, and any reasonable, good metallurgist grad student can do it for
you.
And they're basically saying they don't believe there are any alloys, that there's
nothing new.
We sort of discovered everything, and this is not for real.
But basically, they're trying to recover from losing a lot of power in terms of where
they stood in terms of the scientific information.
It appears that they may be wrong on a lot of fronts.
Here, I'll give you a little bit of history on storage sites.
The building that DeLong has is not sort of the first that has been along.
Project Magnet, this is already back in the 1950s, from 1950 to 54, was the official program
of the Canadian government.
Wilbur Smith, here in the photograph, actually ran that operation for four years, and he
stated to Carol Helford-Watkins, who was sort of a wife of one of the inside people.
It was almost like the DeLong operation.
He had about half a dozen people from different agencies who privately worked with him on
this program.
And the wife of the one, he actually told her that there was a room in the Pentagon
where they had various UFO pieces of hardware.
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is described by Robert Collins.
He describes about the material being held at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, the underground
vaults, these sort of things in his book, Exempt from Disclosure.
And interestingly, that actually goes to a story that George Knapp, I believe, told one
of the six witnesses.
He had six witnesses when Area 51 story broke, who came to him that it appeared their phone
calls had been intercepted, they were going to go on camera, and they all backed out as
they were about to go on film.
One of them was a woman who I believe was taking notes for when some sort of material
was being moved from Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to Area 51, to the S-4 site or
wherever they were keeping this stuff.
And this is one of the women that was sort of backed off from her story.
And I think George said 25 years later, she still really won't talk to him.
But this was, I believe, in the early 1980s, because Area 51 was run by the CIA until 1979.
And that was when the Air Force took over.
And it appears that maybe at that time, they moved some material from the vaults at Wright-Patterson
Air Force Base to Area 51, which would make it a little more secure.
So we have another story of a supposed storage of material at Area 51.
And now we have the modified building in Las Vegas, Nevada, that's described in the New
York Times study.
Jacques Vallée, people say there's no medals.
This is all crazy.
Jacques Vallée has openly talked about medals that he's working on right now.
And he actually wrote the foreword to one of Tom DeLonge's books.
Now, he's not directly involved, as I understand, with the DeLonge operation.
But he is involved in what I've heard is another group, which I'll talk about a little bit
later, which is semi-involved with the DeLonge operation.
And I think I have a, well, here's the three types of medals that Vallée talked about,
because he worked on the NIDS group that Bigelow had in the 1990s.
And he basically stated that at that time, they were looking at implants, and that Jacques
Vallée believed the metal implants that people were reporting from their duckies, he didn't
believe it.
But after he was with Bigelow, and they had some studies done on it, he changed his mind
that there was something very strange about these implants.
The tape I'm going to play just in a second is on ejections, and then I'm going to go
to the crash material.
Ejections have been reported not so much in the last couple of years, but in the early
years of ufology, a number of witnesses reported UFOs, almost like a bird that has a broken
wing and is pretending it's injured, that these UFOs would look like they were going
to crash.
Another UFO would fly by, sort of like to help it, then it would eject this metal, and
then the UFO would seem to recover and fly off.
And a lot of this metal was recovered by various people through the years.
And of course, they were all written off as people who were, you know, trying to run a
scam, or this wasn't true, or when they analyzed the material, it would actually, you know,
just sort of appear to be regular material.
So Jacques Vallée has now taken a lot of this material, and he's re-examining the material
with the high-tech instruments that we have today, and has actually concluded that there's
some very strange things going on with this type of metal.
So we do have this kind of metal, I don't know whether this is part of the Bigelow collection
of material, but I think I have an audio here of Jacques Vallée talking about this bizarre
metal.
And this comes from a Canadian podcast friend of mine, a good podcast, if you want to hear
the entire Jacques Vallée interview, it's on the America podcast.
So here's Jacques Vallée talking about this strange metal that is now being re-analyzed.
We find something that is very curious.
We thought we would find either that those were terrestrial ratios, and you know, there
is nothing wrong with that.
Even in the UFO context, I mean, they could be using terrestrial materials as fuel or,
you know, whatever.
Or we would find extraterrestrial ratios, in other words, ratios that would differ by
5% or maybe 10% from terrestrial ratios.
We find something that's very weird, that is neither terrestrial nor extraterrestrial.
We find evidence of things that have been re-engineered, where the isotopes have been
re-engineered.
For example, there is one element that has five known isotopes in different frequency,
different abundance.
And in the sample we've got, two of the isotopes are not present, and the other three
are present at 33%, 33%, and 33%.
Now, the only thing that can happen is if somebody has separated the isotopes and then
reintroduced them into an alloy for some reason, that we can't fathom what that reason would
be, you know, especially if it comes from 1947.
Because in 1947, we were doing isotope separation on uranium, you know, 235, 237, so on, to
build a bomb.
But those were the only, and that was, you know, that was very expensive.
It was super secret.
It was very difficult.
It was, and there was a race to do it before the Germans could do it.
You know, produce the bomb, which we did.
So, nobody was doing that with, you know, ordinary metals.
I mean, that would be crazy.
That would be, you know, billions of dollars if you wanted to do that.
Even today, I mean, that would be an expensive proposition if you wanted to do more than
a few grams of it.
And by the way, that could be why the cover-up is being maintained.
Because the cover-up, you know, made sense in the 50s, because everybody thought, oh,
goody, we're going to find some secret of propulsion before the Russians, you know.
But we know the Russians have been doing the same study, and they've come up against the
same things.
So, maybe it's time to, but if those things are opened up, the public is going to demand,
you know, I mean, we've been paying for all this stuff as taxpayers, you know, tell us
what it is and what it does, and there may not be an answer.
Because if, you know, I have to assume that there are scientists in the government who've
been looking at this.
In fact, I know there are scientists in the government, because I've spoken to some of
them.
And they haven't violated any great, you know, secrecy.
I mean, they wouldn't.
But they've shared their puzzlement about what the state, you know, of their research,
and they must have found the same thing we're finding, you know, maybe 10 years
to us.
And there is no answer to that.
And so Valde is confirming that he's talked to scientists that there is metal that they
have.
Now, here's an issue that has come up.
This has to do with, and I heard this a while ago, that there are a series of academics
who have been pulled into this Tom DeLonge sort of operation.
And I've heard up to 40 academics are maybe possibly involved.
This is almost like it was operated during World War II with what were called dollar
year men, that people from various universities, high level people who were experts, have sort
of been brought in to sort of pick their brain, not as full time, but just as part time
consultants or this sort of thing.
So I've heard up to 40 academics.
And the second disclosure that I've talked about this documentary that Ron Pandolfi had
sort of initiated, I've heard up to 12 PhD academics associated with that program.
So these people are sort of being drawn in.
And yet their identities are being withheld because of the backlash that they would get
in the academic community.
But there are, it appears, a number of academics who have now sort of been brought into the
process.
Ray Hernandez told me, this is a letter to me on October the 19th, this is a conversation
that he and Bob Davis had.
He's the neurologist free board member and retired professor of neuroscience.
He stated, I and Bob Davis spoke with DeLonge on a conference call about six months ago.
So this would have been the spring of 2017.
And according to Ray Hernandez, he told us that he does not have a research wing to his
organization and asked if our free PhD academics wanted to join him.
He told us that he could pay our salaries, but we would have to be under his umbrella.
And Ray Hernandez basically turned it down.
And thankfully protected this material from being moved out because there's a lot of
confidential names, thousands of people.
And these are the people who have actually interacted with the intelligence behind the
phenomena.
And he turned down the offer.
But he actually concluded that Tom DeLonge has potential access to large amounts of cash
based upon the conversation that he had.
So DeLonge was offering to help free, but the free organization and all the material
would then be under his research organization.
So you can see that people are being pulled in, research people.
Now, here's the latest story.
And one of the research academics who has sort of gone public, I won't say who it was,
but has sort of gone public with the fact that she was taken to a site in New Mexico.
And there was, sounds like there was blindfolds.
The people didn't know where they were going.
There was two academics taken there.
And when I heard the story, I said, wow, I mean, I know where this is.
I know the guy who took her there.
I know who financed it.
And this has all been turned into a state secret.
So I'll basically describe that this site, I've known about it for a number of years,
was actually discovered by civilians and then alerted to the government.
And I guess the government found something that was interesting and basically has now
made this into some secret thing.
But here's the site.
It's in New Mexico.
Tom DeLonge is talking about a crash from 1948.
I don't know if that's connected, but this is the site and it's pretty public.
Here's some of the material that was recovered at the site.
I don't know which pieces were discovered because I think what happened is the government
engineer who saw the material took it back and realized that it was very strange material.
And so these are some of the pieces that actually a friend of mine who told me about the story
had photographed at the site.
He was part of the dig team.
So was this government person.
So that's my update for today.
And I want to thank everybody for joining me and keep in mind that it's all connected.
