Hey, have you had a chance to test the new project management platform yet? The IT team wants everyone to complete the migration by the end of next week. I started setting it up yesterday, but I ran into some issues importing our existing task boards. A few of the integrations with our data analysis tools aren't working properly either. That's frustrating. Did you reach out to the vendor's support team? I heard they offer live chat assistance during business hours. There's also a dedicated onboarding webinar scheduled for Thursday afternoon. I haven't tried the live chat yet. I'll do that first. And if it's still unresolved, I'll definitely join the webinar. Could you forward me the registration link? Sure, I'll send it right after this. Also, I'd suggest backing up your current task data before you do anything else, just to be safe.
