Clarifying hair is an extremely important part of the hair washing process not only does it strip the hair of excess dirt and oils, but it also provides a clean slate to hydrate and moisturize your hair .
Today I’m showing you how I clarify our three-year-old’s hair . I’m using VO5 shampoo and conditioner plus the VO5 key lime, clarifying shampoo to achieve getting rid of all of the dirt and dust in her hair and providing her with a nice fresh look for the week
All products I used to have been tagged in this video. They are very affordable under five dollars for the hair products themselves. I’ve also linked the tools used which are a showerhead with a handheld attachment, a hairbrush dryer, and a dry wet vent brush for detangling .
I do receive a small commission if you decide to utilize my links to complete your purchases God bless you in advance ❤️🫂

The video demonstrates a hair care routine for a child named Johanna Joy, focusing on clarifying and moisturizing her hair using affordable products. The creator shares her experience using budget-friendly shampoos and a specific showerhead to ensure all product buildup is removed, concluding with a quick styling session using a hairbrush dryer and leave-in conditioner.
This is Johanna Joy and this is her hair. This is our premature baby, our wild child,
the one that just loves to do whatever she wants to do and it shows through her hair.
All of our children honestly, the play time and the fun time, it shows through their hair for me.
Where are you getting all these dust particles and all this stuff going on, you know, these
little dust bunnies and all that. But anyway, so I'm going in her hair today and I'm going to be
clarifying and moisturizing her hair. I'm not sure what her hair texture or type is. If you know,
let me know in the comments down below. But today with her, I'm using VO5. Yes, VO5, very affordable,
very much accessible everywhere. I'll go ahead and link these on here so that you can shop it
right here on YouTube Shopping. But this clarifying shampoo, the Key Lime, the green one that I used,
very, very, very, very good. I like the way that it strips the hair and that's the point of a
clarifying shampoo. It's supposed to strip the hair of all of the dirt, the grease, the grime,
all that type of stuff. And when I used it on her hair, it literally just takes all that stuff out.
I really like it. But I do follow up with a shampoo that's going to, you know, moisturize
and hydrate. And so I'm using another VO5 shampoo for that. I don't think I'm using like the same
flavors, which that doesn't really matter to me. It's all about like what it's actually doing.
I know that VO5 can seem like a brand that, oh, you shouldn't get it because of whatever and
whatever and whoever. But I'm showing you right here. It works even on children's hair.
It works really good. And I know that I've showed other brands, but this one, in my opinion,
if you are really on a budget, I highly recommend this. It does work for everybody in the family.
One thing that I also really like is this showerhead. I had found it and was able to
put it back onto the shower. I love being able to see how much product buildup is in the hair by
using this spray part. It has helped me a lot to figure out what I'm doing wrong when it comes to
our kids' hair. I realized that I was leaving product in after washing it and not fully washing
it out. I will also link that showerhead so that you guys can get that showerhead and figure it
out for yourself too. I'm also going to show you me styling her hair. This is a hairbrush dryer.
I like it. I was very pleasantly surprised. It was under $20 and I was like, okay, cool.
It has a nice amount of heat to it. It just has the three basic settings, but it wasn't that bad
at all. Her hair, we did it really quick, honestly. I was actually pretty surprised.
As much as her hair looked damaged, not even damaged, but as much as it looked all tangled
and matted up, it was very easy to just get through it. One thing for sure was that clarifying shampoo.
I'll go ahead and make sure I link that. I'm also using a leave-in conditioner from
Aunt Jackie's. I'll link that as well. I just made it a little basic. I did see that she has a little
bald spot, so we're going to start working on that. Other than that, I think that it worked.
I liked it and I do highly recommend these products. I'll link it for you guys below.
God bless you. Bye.
