🥣 INGREDIENTS
🧈 120 g butter
🤍 120 g sugar
🤎 40 g brown sugar
☕ 1 tsp instant coffee
💧 1 tsp hot water
🥚 1 egg
🌾 220 g flour
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
🧂 1/2 tsp salt
🤍 MASCARPONE FILLING
🥛 150 g mascarpone
🍚 80 g powdered sugar
🌼 1 tsp vanilla
🍫 Cocoa/chocolate crumble for topping
🔥 Bake at 180°C / 350°F for 12–13 minutes
