The Michael Landon Story - "Halleluia!"

Known by all as Little Joe, He rode a pinto on his show, But that was long ago, do you remember? Well it went like this, he had upon A brother red and brother hoarse, They rode upon the Rosa, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. He then went on to greater fame, A promise made to God became, His reason, his emotional beginning. He rode a family love and mark, He made us weep our hearts he tore, But in the end we shouted, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Though people said, you're foolish still, He knew he could, he had the will, An angel on a highway brought it to ya. His star was shining ever bright, He brought his stories to the light, And heaven was a blessing, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. There came a day he let us know, That life had dealt us all a blow, Or all the world required, Do you remember? I think you have to have a sense of humor about everything. I don't find this particularly funny, but if you're going to try to go on, If you're going to try to feed something, you're not going to do it standing in the corner. Too harsh it was to comprehend, In truth this couldn't be the end, Together we cried mercy, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia. Remember me with smiles he said, No tears I want your laughs instead, Remember me and smile, That's what I'm asking. It's been so many years ago, But in our broken hearts we know, He'll live forever glory, Alleluia. As Michael looks down on all of us from his patch of prairie in the sky, Thank you for everything you did for all of us. You will never be forgotten. Obviously he's never really left us. All of his shows just run and run and run. He has become immortal. Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia, Alleluia.
