I've always loved dressing up. Ever since I was a little girl I loved pink, frills and bows and everything that sparkled and made me feel like a princess and I've carried that with me into adulthood. To me fashion is expression, freedom and empowerment. Things that as a young woman I hold dear to my heart. Whether you want to feel like a princess, a film star or just the most sparkly confident version of yourself, fashion has the power to do that. For years now I've been showing countless outfits to my followers and carving out a signature style that's recognisable as my own. I've already created a brand and now that brand actually needs a product. The product is Flossie. Hey guys so today we are on location for the first shoot for my new brand Flossie. This is absolutely crazy that it's finally coming together. It's been over a year in the making and I'm just so excited to be here today shooting the collection. With so much fast fashion out there I wanted to create something really special and timeless. Something you'll want to keep in your wardrobe and treasure forever. It's been a dream come true to create dresses that I've always wished existed. Each collection will be an exclusive trio of dresses which I hope you will collect and over time build your own Flossie portfolio. So the first dress is the Coco. This is my favourite. It's obviously an ode to Coco Chanel with the boucle also named after my sister Coco. I'm Rebecca Spencer. I'm a fashion photographer based here in London and I'm here today on this very special shoot with Freddie. I've literally shot with Freddie from the very beginning of my career shooting in the streets of South Kensington and we've had so many funny memories together and so it's really lovely to be here today for this special shoot. I've been an admirer of Freddie's for many many years pretty much since the beginning of her YouTube career. I've been incredibly lucky to have Freddie working with my brand and when she asked me to work for her brand I was incredibly incredibly honoured and I just cannot wait for you to see the beautiful results. This is the Fae after my granny who was also a dressmaker and this is so beautiful. Kind of a lovely weekend dress, very spring summer. I love this one it's very classic. Hi my name's Josie. I've known Freddie for quite some time. I'm her mum. So my job here today is as a communicator. I'm signing and one of the models is deaf so I'm here to sign but let's face it wild horses wouldn't have kept me away today anyway. It's been the most exciting day. This is the Nelly dress named after my dress. So this dress is my name is Michael and I'm a freelance hairdresser. I've known Freddie for quite a few years now for when I was styling the hair back in like the modelling days and it's just been a really lovely time over the past few years just to style Freddie's hair for social shoots and really excited to be part of this big opportunity for the next step with Freddie's brand. The day's going so so well. I'm just having a hair touch up with Michael and we've just taken so many amazing pictures. The girls look beautiful. The dresses look stunning and I'm just so excited. Hi I'm Helen. I'm a prose for Charlotte Tilbury and I met Freddie about two years ago through Instagram. I've been doing her makeup since then. She's absolutely obsessed with Charlotte Tilbury like borderline too much obsessed. I feel like she knows more than me about the products at this point and I'm super excited to be a part of this amazing day. Flossie represents my experience of expressing my femininity. I believe you can fall into stereotypes but break them at the same time. A girl who loves pink, peonies and pearls can also be independent, intelligent and fierce. I also strongly believe in main character energy. As Kate Winslet says in one of my favourite films, you're supposed to be the leading lady in your own life for goodness sake. I have put my entire heart into these dresses and into this brand and along the way you'll discover how. I can't wait to see you wearing them.
