Does it bother you that there's a ton of different chawful and pawful waffle recipes out there?
Baffles me. Today we're making chawfuls and chawfuls are all the rage on Instagram and
Facebook right now, which by the way if you don't follow me make sure you follow Keto Focus on both
Instagram and Keto Focus on Facebook, but these are super popular. Everybody's making chawfuls
and chawfuls are basically just a waffle that's made out of cheese and egg and there's a bunch
of different variations out there and today we're going to be making a few different variations of
the chawful and one variation of the pawful. Of course I'm going to show you guys how to make the
original chawful and the original pawful, but there's a bunch of different other variations
that you can do to this waffle, so let's get started. First we're going to be making the
original chawful and like I said before it's just made out of one egg and some cheese and we're
going to mix that together and put it on our waffle maker and we're going to have chawfuls.
Up next we're going to be making the pizza chawful. This is just like having a pepperoni pizza,
but it's a waffle. For the pizza chawful I'm going to be blending up an egg, a half a cup
of mozzarella cheese, about a tablespoon of pizza sauce or marinara sauce, and a couple tablespoons
of pepperoni. Mix that together and if you want to you can add a little bit of Italian seasoning too.
Then we're just going to cook this up just like the regular chawful.
And if you're a fan of peanut butter we're going to be making a peanut butter chawful.
As always we start with one egg and then I'm just going to use a third cup of cheese here.
And since this is a sweet version, it's the peanut butter kind, we're going to add a little
bit of sweetener, so a tablespoon of monk fruit, and then we want two tablespoons of
peanut butter. Just to round out that flavor, just a little splash of vanilla.
For you chocolate lovers out there, I've got a chocolate version of the chawful that's great
as a dessert option for the end of the day. To make the chocolate waffle, as always, we're going
to start with one egg, but instead of using regular cheese, like I've been using mozzarella cheese,
we're going to be using two teaspoons of cream cheese. And then to sweeten it up we're going to
be using some monk fruit, one tablespoon of cacao powder, some vanilla, and to help thicken it up,
some almond flour. This one might take a little bit longer to mix because of the cream cheese,
but you do want it to be uniform. You could also put this in a blender too if you needed to.
And if you missed going to Red Lobster and those Cheddar Bay Biscuits, well this is a version for
you. This is a Cheddar Bay Biscuit version of the chawful. As always, we're going to start with one
egg, and then instead of using a half a cup of mozzarella cheese, we're going to use a quarter
cup of cheddar cheese. And then to thicken up the mixture, we're going to use two tablespoons of
almond flour, a half a teaspoon of baking powder, and then for some flavor I have garlic powder and
a little bit of salt going in. And now for the final waffle. This is a puffle. This is for all
of my keto carnivore fans out there. This is a waffle that's made out of pork rinds, egg,
and cheese. For the waffle recipe, we're going to be using one egg, a third cup of cheese,
and a half cup of pork rinds.
So
well, that ends our puffle waffle experience. If you guys have made chawfuls or puffles or
waffles before, make sure you like this video and let me know down in the comments if you have a
variation that you like to make. Don't forget to subscribe. Have a good one.
