Samsung P9 P7 Portable SSD Launching Event

Welcome to the Samsung P7 launch session. Well, today we're so excited to introduce the next generation of Samsung portable SSD and share what it means for the way we play, create, and work. We have two wonderful speakers joining us today. So we'll have first Wojciech Rutko, head of brand memory at Samsung Electronics Germany, who will introduce the new P series and what it stands for. And then Jihoo from the brand product business team, product development planning at Samsung Electronics will take us closer to P9 and P7 and what they bring to gamers. So to get us started, we can welcome a little applause for Wojciech and for Jihoo, so we can kick everything off. And I'm very excited today to introduce our next generation of portable SSDs to you, the P-Series. The P stands for peace of mind. And why is this important? Because the way we use data today has been changing. The files are getting bigger, the videos are getting higher in resolution and your own created content is getting richer. Just think about what AI did to the whole content creation process and how fast you can now create content. So it's then also not only about the capacity, it's also about the performance because you want to edit directly onto the storage. You want to record directly to the storage or you want to play directly to the storage. And hence this peace of mind matters. How do we deliver this peace of mind to you? So there is basically three pillars to the story. It's elite performance for all because with a USB device it's very universally applicable So we open the performance up to a much, much broader target audience. Second, it's smart capacity because you can very easily and affordably expand your data storage without any hassle of opening anything up. Third, it's about the freedom to move, right? Because we give you the freedom to move with a portable device all the big data from one device to another. And today, we are proud to introduce our answer. Samsung Portable SSD P9 and P7, the first products of the new P series. Powered by USB4 technology, P9 and P7 bring the core values of P series into new generation of portable storage. Let's start with the performance first. USB4 interface takes the portable SSD performance to the next level. With read speeds of up to 4,000 megabytes per second, P Series delivers up to four times faster performance than previous generations of Samsung portable SSD. And for gamers, it means faster access to your games and smoother experience when playing directly from the drive. When it comes to capacity, P Series gives you plenty of room to grow. It will be available from the 1TB all the way up to 8TB. With the 8TB, you can store more than 120 games based on our reference game size. That means more of your game library can stay right where you want it, ready to play. With one compact portable SSD, you can carry your games with you and move more easily between different devices and environments. With a P9 and P7, you have the freedom to take your games with you and keep playing wherever you go. Elite performance for all, smarter capacity, and freedom to move. Three values, all designed to gamers' one thing, peace of mind. That's the next generation of Samsung Portable SSD. With P9 and P7, enjoy peace of mind. wherever you play. Samsung Portable SSD P9 and P7 will be available in September. Thank you for joining us today and welcome to the next era of Samsung Portable SSD, bringing you more peace of mind wherever you play. Thank you.
