WITHOUT PRODUCT REVIEWS, SPONSORS, DONATIONS AND STICKER SALES, I’d have to go back to work and not do ANY videos, because you can’t live without any income.
Henry shares his experience transitioning from a cheap roll-up tonneau cover to a three-panel model from OEDRO. After his previous cover sagged and collected water due to New York winters, the OEDRO cover has proven durable, leak-proof, and easy to install over a full year of use, offering a high-quality alternative to both budget and overpriced options.
Hey guys, how you doing?
It's Henry.
I'm Orson Glowes.
Welcome to another Weekend Product Review update video.
As you know, when I got sketchy about three years ago, I bought one of those cheap $100
tonneau covers.
It was the roll-up kind.
My tonneau cover.
It's the roll-up kind.
And for about three months, it worked pretty good.
But then, the cold winters of New York happened, and we got a lot of snowstorms.
As a result, a lot of snow built up on the cover.
As you can see, my old one is droopy and really worn out.
And this type is just a roll-up kind, like this.
Put a lot of weight on the tonneau cover, causing the fabric to droop down and stretch.
And then, when it rained, I had like several swimming pools on there.
Then I tried to repair it by taking it apart again and flipping the bars the other direction
because they were bent down.
Then as you know, a company called Oedro sent me a three panel, brand new tonneau cover.
It's been almost a whole year since I've had it, and I love it.
As you can see, it has not drooped, we have had a ton of rain, and it still looks brand
new.
Installation was extremely easy.
Wowee!
Seamless.
No tools.
And it has functioned and looked exactly the same as day one, when I put it on.
Here is a close-up, real-world view at it.
No, I didn't wash it.
I didn't wipe it down for the video.
I just came out to show you.
It's dirty and dusty, and you know what?
I'm fine with it.
Straight.
No droops.
No bends.
Covers everything absolutely perfectly.
And it's always securely held down by four very heavy-duty clamps.
As you can see, I do have an extender in it too, and it does not get in the way.
These clamps are secured onto the side railings.
Very strong.
And as you can see from the railings, straight as an arrow.
No bends.
Perfectly horizontal and straight.
And with the old roll-up kind, it had a bend droop like this.
So every time I wanted to close my tailgate, I had to lift this part up and then make sure I got it in there.
Because this has been perfect for like a whole year, we just close it.
This three-panel tonneau cover fits perfectly for your car.
OEDRO makes tonneau covers for any size truck, any make and model of any year.
No drooping.
No leaking.
No sagging.
No swimming pools in the middle.
Holds up perfectly to the UV sun rays.
No fading of the color.
And a year in, it looks just like the day I put it in.
Brand new.
So the cheap roll-up kind cost me about $125.
Other three-panel tonneau cover manufacturers can charge you up to $800 or $1,000.
