I went to Alibaba.com CoCreate 2026 in Los Angeles to see what is new with Accio. Two years ago, Accio was a waitlist beta with zero users. Now the Accio AI ecosystem has 10 million users. In this video, I walk through the Agentic Business Lab, break down what Accio Work can do today, and share the biggest updates from Kuo Zhang's keynote. That includes AI supplier negotiation, background checks on suppliers, Amazon data through Jungle Scout, multi-model routing across GPT, Gemini, Qwen, and DeepSeek, and 50% lower credit costs. I also cover AI shipping agents, multiplatform listings across 11 marketplaces, cross-platform analytics reports, and why the next phase of AI trade is agent to agent. Plus Magic Johnson, the $1 million pitch competition, and my takeaway on what still matters when AI does the sourcing work. If you run a physical product business, this one is for you. Comment "accio" below or use the link in the description to try Accio for free.
What Accio Work really is: AI agent for e-commerce that handle sourcing, listings, and store ops for you.

------------------- Clips channel @jonlawclips
I do NOT sell any products of my own. Watch out for scams.
So you always got to look and say, how can I grow it?
What's the next level?
Hats off to all of you for coming here.
So we made it to LA for Alibaba.com's CoCreate 2026 event.
When I started talking to these guys two years ago,
they had no users.
It was a wait list and some kind of, you know,
beta access for people who wanted to play around with this idea
that was novel at the time of AI or trade,
like the real product businesses.
And what you see now is 10 million users for the Axio ecosystem,
which is a whole suite and host of AI tools for physical world of commerce.
And on this channel over the past three years,
we have looked at the incremental progress and creation
of AI tools and agents and platforms.
And the Axio ecosystem is a major component of that
for trade and physical products.
And in this room, there are over 10,000 founders
and investors and product owners.
And we're here to explore that incremental progress
in the world of AI, in this world of physical products,
of which you can see many behind me.
So if you work in a product business with physical products,
then you're going to want to watch this to understand
how these tools have evolved
and how they can help you become more productive
as a business owner, an entrepreneur, and a creative.
And so we're going to take a look at Axio,
see what's new, have fun,
and welcome to Alibaba.com's CoCreate 2026.
So I want to start by talking through the kind of incumbent way
or the old way in which you could start a product business
and source kind of very physical products.
And you see this interesting phenomenon
where a lot of you guys watching this,
maybe who have followed this channel
or just getting into kind of the digital business world,
right, you're used to this new way
where you can do it with AI and you can use Axio,
but you never knew what there was before.
And so I want to just level set us there.
And when I started out in this space very long time ago,
you had to do everything manually.
And if you wanted to start a product business,
right, find products to sell, suppliers to manufacture them,
you would have to spend a month, two months, three months
kind of negotiating, finding these people, talking to them.
It's this massive process of filtering.
It's these quality concerns with just who's good, who's not.
And really that was like very materially,
a months long, very expensive and time consuming process.
And you could go through all of that and fail
and find someone who you thought was good.
And actually they're not very good, right?
And the way you can do it now is literally
you can just have a conversation with a system like this.
It's looped into the largest product catalog
in the world of Alibaba.com.
And you can just do this thing in five minutes.
It'll go contact hundreds of suppliers for you
and do an incredible amount of work
that you don't realize you're not doing, right?
It's like when you, I think the calculator
is a good analogy, right?
If you use a calculator today,
you don't see all the underlying kind of work
that goes into doing those equations.
And so if you're just getting into this space now,
I want you to recognize it's a seriously incredible
set of capabilities that exists now.
And so that in mind, I think that's one of two domains
in which you can understand Axio, right?
The first of those is replacing the incumbent way
of doing things or the old way,
being able to take that sourcing process, right?
Do it much faster and do it much better.
And we've covered materially how to do that in other videos.
And then the second way or the second frame
or part there is the new capabilities,
things that were just impossible to do before
that we can do now.
And that's going to be engaging with hundreds
or thousands of suppliers as opposed to a few dozen
like you could in the old days.
That's the design side of it, creating AI visuals,
creating an AI store.
There's all this whole new world
of really native multi-mobile agents.
So an agent that understands your business
and can create images, can create videos for you.
And this whole world of, again,
just things you could not do before.
So that's the two ways
in which we can think about Axio, right?
Number one, you have legacy systems.
You have months of old work to find suppliers
and products that you can now do in literally five minutes.
And then second, you have all this,
this whole new world of capabilities
that we'll dive into a little more later in this video.
So we're going to head over to the agentic AI
or agentic business lab to get a little more into Axio
and the different components of the ecosystem, right?
Axio as a whole is kind of like Shaq GPT, right?
Or the whole ecosystem.
And then you have a lot of specific features in there.
You have the actual chat or the LLM,
you have GPT image, you have codecs, right?
So we can think of Axio as the overarching brand.
And then there's a lot of little sub tools in there
that we're going to talk through once we get into this lab
and hopefully find some of the Axio team
to figure out what exactly is new after last year.
For example, supplier vetting, auto negotiation,
that's kind of the mainstay of Axio
or being able to find suppliers and vet them on your behalf.
We can see that right over here
where AI will handle the inquiry and the follow-ups for you.
And that's going back to that frame, right?
That's something that used to take a lot of time
that takes much less time.
And that's kind of that first step of AI
and being able to just rip that work out of your workflow
if you're finding products, whether one product or a thousand.
And then we can look at more of the work here, right?
We have multi-platform sourcing.
That's something that Axio has been good at for a very long time.
Same with product selection.
Let's get into here.
I think content marketing is a much newer domain, right?
Because you need some of the more advanced image
and video models to do this.
And that is part of that next phase of Axio
being able to help you with sourcing,
but then also taking the products that you do find in suppliers
and expanding that into entire storefronts,
videos, whole nine yards there really.
And you guys have seen that in other videos
that we have made going into the Axio system.
One of the examples there of the applications of Axio
for content and marketing, right?
A store development where once you have that image capability,
yes, you can get the listing images for Amazon,
for TikTok, for wherever else you want to list the products
that you make with Axio,
but also entire stores, right?
The actual design of the store itself.
So it tells you something about the growth of AI, right?
When we started with Axio
and made the first video on this channel about Axio
about two years ago, it was in beta, right?
They had no users.
Last year at this event in Las Vegas,
they had a million users
and now we're at 10 million users.
Right now with AxioWalk, you can just use one to two days.
Basically it can have the AI negotiation on behalf of you.
So for example, you send a sourcing request
and then AxioWalk can do the AI negotiation
including the pricing, product details,
MOQ and everything on behalf of you.
And then you can make a schedule task
saying that can you share me your tracking progress
every three hours, every six hours.
Then AxioWalk can send back all the tracking history
and the progress to you at your scheduled time.
So I think this is the first thing.
Second thing for the sourcing perspective,
I think one of the main pain point previously
for the US buyers is that they don't know
the quality of each supplier, right?
And right now is that for the AxioWalk,
it can do the background check
and all due diligence for their each suppliers.
Secondly, because AxioWalk has already built up
the official partnership with JungleScore
which is Amazon's official data service provider.
So you can get all of the Amazon data from the AxioWalk.
And then with AxioWalk, we have all models installed
including the GPT, Gemini,
also the Cuban model from Alibaba,
also the DeepSeek, those kind of different models
all included in the AxioWalk.
So which basically means that for some simple questions,
we can use some suitable but cost-efficient model
to solve those kind of the simple question.
For some very complex questions,
we can use some suitable but expensive models
to solve very, very complex questions.
So we, which basically means that AxioWalk
built a auto model harness, those kind of the models
which can matching the complexity of your questions
to the different models to achieve the cost-efficient
and there's a problem solving scenario.
And so we can see up here, one of the use cases
for the array of applications that you can now tie in
to the Axio ecosystem.
And so that applies to things like Amazon,
eBay, TikTok shop, all the places
in which you're gonna sell your product.
And that data is now integrated
and can sync with your agents.
So you can talk to them about analytics,
we'll get to that in a minute,
but also primarily on the listing side of things.
So that full stack of listing, of creating visuals,
of the copy for your products
can now be just done with these agents.
So for example, if you wanna list one product
that you have as a demo,
that you're talking to your agent to develop,
you can also actually, again,
go through that full stack process of listing it,
of selling it on all of the 11 marketplaces
that we can see right here by just talking to your agents.
So just like the multi-platform listings that we looked at,
that same breadth of integrations and apps
applies on the data and the analytics side of this,
or cross-platform insights.
So I wanna jump in here for a little demo.
So here we can see a report with all of your stores,
all of your analytics across your Amazon, Shopify, TikTok,
wherever it is you sell.
And we can see that applied to the scheduled tasks
and your standard agentic ecosystem inside of Axio.
So you can talk to your agents,
you can see that it will create a report
based on the analytics from where it is you sell.
So your Amazon, your Shopify, your different apps,
you can see all of that right here.
And that comes back to that same core
of being able to integrate the data from your listings,
excuse me, from your platforms that you list on,
both on the listing side of things,
but also again, on the analytics side of things.
And we can see the integration
with the entire agentic ecosystem of Axio as well
for things like scheduled tasks.
So we can see that under scheduled tasks right here
for things like reporting and analytics.
And if you do wanna get access to that data as well,
you can just talk to the agent.
I think one of the themes that we're seeing here
is that the last year or so of AI
has been human and agent interaction, right?
Like you talking to an agent,
but the next phase of the next evolution of that
is agent to agent, right?
So not even a human in the loop,
just agents working with other networks of agents.
You're seeing a lot of really difficult problems
being solved this way.
Case in point, I think 10,000 agents were used
for a recent open AI work in the science
and kind of mathematics space.
But here in the trade space, that applies as well, right?
Seeing agents work with other agents together,
both in terms of the model structure,
so how Axio works under the hood.
We did an hour long conversation with Quo on that last year.
That'll be linked somewhere in the description,
shameless plug.
But beyond that, if we look at a lot of these features
around here, really that's the next evolution of it, right?
Like agentic trade or agents being able to work together
and trade together.
And so maybe that's the next field, right, of AI.
It's A to A as opposed to B to B.
It's agents working with other agents.
Now, I do want to touch on the overall experience
of Cocreate and some learnings about AI there
just based off my experience at the event.
And every year it kicks off with a keynote from Quo,
the president of Alibaba.com.
And shameless plug, you can see my interview with Quo
from last year in this video.
And this year he talked for the most part
about how AI usage is exploding across the board,
to be expected.
And I thought this slide from him was super interesting.
The model provides its intelligence.
The harness gives tools and guardrails to act.
And the context helps you to understand your business.
And to me, it illustrates how their team thinks
about building useful products with AI, right?
Where it's not just about the model,
it's the harness and the context that enables
that jump into useful work.
And I think that applies to many domains of AI.
It's something we talk about all the time on this channel
on how you enabling context personally
is how you're really going to squeeze the juice
out of AI in your career.
What I also thought was cool and generally applicable
is how Axio selects between a whole variety
of different models on this Pareto frontier of performance.
So it optimizes cost for you.
And it's pretty great.
I think that they don't just use their own models
to push ultimately for a better user experience
with this kind of Pareto model.
Now, two other notes on the technical updates
or progress within the Allo ecosystem
were announced by Quo.
Number one is Axio work now consumes about 50% fewer credits
that makes AI powered e-commerce tasks
more cost efficient overall.
That's versus this time last year.
And also 10 new major AI agents were officially announced.
And we can look more into those in a future video.
Now, we also randomly got to see Magic Johnson come out
and give this awesome hype speech to everybody.
If you're here to grow your business,
then you're ready to take it to the next level.
Clap two times.
Nice, nice, nice.
This guy has done very well for himself
when he was talking through his insights
for operating generally
and getting into running your own businesses.
Now, beyond that, to me, this event is about meeting
a lot of people and friends.
And it was great to see a lot of you guys
on the ground there.
And Alibaba very kindly gave me this business growth award
for driving impact through videos like this one
that you're watching now.
So big thank you to Alibaba for that.
And there's a lot of the event
that I'm skipping over here over the two days.
Like for example, the actual products and suppliers
that are here all over the exhibition floor.
And then finally, the other big thing
that I have not mentioned so far is the big capstone
that they end co-create with every year.
And that is the pitch competition
where they give a million dollars away.
This year, they have something like 48,000 people apply
to pitch at the event and the big first place winner
walks away with $200,000.
Now this year, the big winner was Apri Cotton
and we will share her full $200,000 pitch
in a separate video.
But the pitch every year is definitely a highlight
of the experience.
And now I wanna wrap this video
by sharing kind of my final thought overall
from the event and from where I see
this technology going.
So we've looked at a lot of the features
and the capabilities of Axio
and we've been tracking that for a very long time.
These models are continuing to get better.
The platforms, the tooling, the harnesses, the agents,
all of that is improving rapidly
and I think the growth will just accelerate, right?
There's no sign that that's slowing down anytime soon.
And I think the shifts that this means for you, right?
Is nearly all of the manual work
and the labor is going to go away.
Most of it's gone already, right?
But what's left, the little that is left
is just gonna continue to be kind of compressed down to zero
as these agents start to have more of a role,
more integrations come out
and you can really take that full stack,
full cycle of finding products, suppliers, images
and even marketing, right?
And you can just let AI do all of that work for you.
The impetus then becomes the idea itself.
It becomes you, right?
And what you can do to have an idea for a business
or for a product that's unique,
that resonates with a group that you know
and it's that little entrepreneurial insight or nugget
that is the start of the business
that I think really becomes the wedge
and what is going to enable you to succeed
in a space like this.
So that's, I think, my primary takeaway here
in looking at where Axio is now
and I think what we're going to see
to an even greater extent in future years
which is if you have an idea, it is yours to do, right?
And I say just put effort into that, right?
Put effort into you and the people that you know,
the communities that you know about
and if you have that idea for a business,
just go and do it, right?
Because now you can do that in five, 10, 15 minutes.
You can find a product,
you can spend 80 bucks to get your sample product.
You can really bring a lot of these products
into the world in a very easy way
and I think that's democratizing, right?
That's this incredible spirit of entrepreneurship
that's really awoken by these tools
and where AI is going
and there's a lot that's said about AI in a negative sense
but I think that's the beauty of these systems.
It lets you create better, right?
Create more just creative things, right?
New things that didn't exist
that better serve people that you care about.
That is the theme of the tagline of CoCreate, right?
It's make it real
and so that I think is my takeaway for you
after we've looked at the Axio ecosystem today.
You know, go make it real,
go take your idea and put it out into the world
and so for the second year in a row,
we're gonna end this video on the main stage
of CoCreate 2026.
We got to see a lot today about Axio,
about how AI models are evolving
to help you as a business owner,
an entrepreneur and a creative.
So I hope you learned as much as I did.
Now, if you wanna support the channel
and give Axio a go for your own business,
you can go to the link in the description
or comment Axio, that is A-C-C-I-O under this video.
That said, thanks to Alibaba.com for hosting.
Thank you all for watching
and I'll see you in the next one.
Cheers.
