These seem to be pretty popular videos and I haven't gone down to my long term storage facility for about a year. I just randomly pick up stuff to drink over the next 6 months....some old, some new. Cheers!

So back again from my long-term storage facilities and this is my fall 2026
wine hunt. I didn't do a wine hunt in spring of this year just because I'm drinking less so I
didn't need as many bottles. I haven't done a video like this for a while but really excited
to bring back some stuff so let's see what I brought back from my long-term storage. I bought
quite a few 2018s because I went to Bordeaux on entrepreneur so I'm going to I brought back two
bottles two of some of my favorites the first one is Lacan Saillon and this is from the Pomerol
region and then the other one is Pichon Lalonde 2018. I bought a mixed lot of champagne at auction
and I'm really getting more into champagne because it really pairs well with Asian food.
It's a little bit lighter in style so I'm just trying out different champagnes. So this one is
kind of going to be interesting it's the Tatanger Comp de Champagne Blanc de Blanc
and I've got both the 2006 and the 2007 vintage. So it'll kind of be neat to taste these back to
back. I'm going to be honest I've never really been a fan of Tatanger but hopefully I'll learn
a little bit more about them and see how their champagnes are. Then I brought in this one again a
champagne I'm not familiar with this is the 2004 Laurent Perrier Alexandra so don't know a lot
about the champagne but we're going to find out. I love this producer this is Caterno this is 2018
this is Francia and then we have the 2018 Arione. Real high-end bottles I bought a mixed lot of 88
Bordeaux's and the 88 Lafite and also the 88 Margaux. I think 1988 is a good vintage
it's not as stellar as maybe some of the other vintages but I think they'll drink very nicely
and I think I got a good price on them it's always fun to drink these older Bordeaux wines and first
grow. Oh this is a neat wine Chateau Ozone so I did buy a mixed lot of Chateau Ozone but I didn't
bring back the other bottles the other bottles are I think better vintages this would be considered
an off vintage 1997 but hey it's an Ozone we'll try it out we'll see how it goes. This is Riona
from the Barolo region and I've got two of their wines from the 2017 vintage
they're Barbaresco called Albassani and then we have their Barolo for Pira. As viewers and
subscribers know I'm very a big on Chambon-Moussigny that's my favorite region in Burgundy and this is
a producer that I've never really drank before this is Jean-Jean Couperon I was told this is a
vintage and a great producer this is the 2021 a little young but let's try it out.
I also bought a mixed lot of all the Dujac wines of 2019. 2019 is a great vintage for Burgundy and
so I brought back some of the kind of lesser bottles to drink I kept the Grand Cru bottles
for later on and this is the Gévry-Chabertin Premier Cru from Aucanbois so I'd like to try
that I'm not that familiar with Gévry I drink a lot more Chambon and then the other one is also
another Chambon-Moussigny Premier Cru vineyard site called Le Grand Cher. Oh a big boy so this
is Chateau Latour 2014 this was purchased from the Chateau as viewers and subscribers may know
Chateau Latour doesn't release wines anymore like other growth wines in Bordeaux
on Preneur they just release them when they think they're drinkable I think I bought this a couple
of years ago and this is the release that they had that year so they only release wines of vintages
now when they think they are ready for consumption so that'll be neat. A couple more Champagnes and
this was part of the mixed lot these would just be interesting to drink this is Amor de Deutz
it's a rosé from 2008 again don't know very much about this Champagne house but it'll be
interesting to taste and to know a little bit more about it and this is a 2015 Champagne from
Bouzy and this is Marguerite it's a Grand Cru site I guess they use Grand Cru vineyard site
grapes so that again it'll be just interesting to drink and learn more about this Champagne house
this is one of my favorite producers and this is one of my favorite vineyard sites that they
produce this is Clos de la Roche this is Ponceau this is 2016 and so it's a little young some of
these wines are a little young but I like to try wines young and just to see how they are and
how they taste this is another producer that I have heard about but really haven't tried a lot
about this is Domaine de Eugénie this is their Grand Estuché and this is 2015 so really interesting
bottle to try so that's what I brought back on my trophy wine hunt I'll be drinking these over
the next six months until my next visit to my long-term storage and maybe spring of next year
so I hope you'll kind of enjoy these reviews when they come up and
I'll be excited to bring them to you. Cheers!
