While several key players are listed as questionable, the team is seeing some positive movement in practice, though the status of star wide receiver DJ Moore remains a significant concern for the offense.
Well, the Buffalo Bills just got some great news regarding the health
and availability of two of their star players.
Will they play against the Raiders in Week 6
or will they be ruled out once again?
Today, we will be going over this Bills final injury report ahead
of their Week 6 matchup against the Raiders
and go over everything that you need
to know regarding the injuries on this Bills team.
So, welcome everybody to Bills Digest.

And the Bills, they are still out there
in California on the West Coast.
They are practicing at UC Irvine.
But that means we are three hours behind on our injury report.
So a bit of a late one here,
but we finally have the answers that we have been looking
for regarding the state of this Bills team heading into week six.
Let's go ahead, not waste any time here,
pull up the official questionables for this game.
That's right, the questionables
because no players have been ruled out of this contest yet.
Of course, you've got wide receiver DJ Moore.
He's questionable with a shoulder injury, defensive tackle.
Ed Oliver with a knee injury,
cornerback Dee Alford has an ankle injury, and wide receiver
Josh Palmer with a shoulder injury as well.
All of those players, all four of them, are listed as questionable.
And then Spencer Brown,
who got injured against the Rams on Monday night, is good to play
and won't be given an injury designation heading into week six.
A huge dodge bullet for the Bills there on their offensive line.
A offensive line that had been healthy
and had played every snap together up until Monday night.
So great to see Spencer Brown back there.
Let's go look at this injury timeline just
to visualize what has happened since Monday night's game.
Obviously, during the game, like I mentioned,
Spencer Brown, he left with a back injury.
And then Palmer and Oliver and Moore,
they were all unavailable from the go.
But then on Wednesday, Moore and Oliver did not participate once again.
But Palmer and Brown were limited.
And then Thursday and into today, today,
Moore and Oliver seen at practice.
This is from Jay Skirsky.
And then Brown upgraded to a full participant.
So we will get to what we know about Moore and Oliver in just a sec.
But first, I've got to let you guys know
that today's video is sponsored by Kalshi.
And on Kalshi, you're trading directly against other users,
not the house, like traditional sportsbooks.
You're buying yes or no contracts on the outcome
of events across sports, politics, or even the weather.
For example, right now on Kalshi,
here is a list of players to score a touchdown in this week's matchup.
You see the Raiders' defense, the Bills' defense.
Obviously, Josh Allen has a crazy high percentage
at 60% on a non-passing touchdown.
That's just absolutely insane to think about.
look at Kirk Cousins there with a six percent in return
but the guy I'm liking is right there at
the bottom that's right it is Keon Coleman he has
a touchdown catch in both of his last two games
and he has stepped up when the Bills have needed him
in DJ Moore's absence so far this year so if
DJ Moore is unavailable to go in week six
and maybe even if he is unavailable to go I am definitely
looking at Keon Coleman to score a touchdown
so if you place just $25 on this right now on Kalshi
it's a 25% chance you could win $98 in return that is pretty good
so if you are interested

to Kalshi for sponsoring today's video
all right let's get to the main news that we
are looking at today DJ Moore and Ed Oliver they are
the biggest questions for the Bills right now no surprise there
but every member of the Bills
roster on the 53 man and the practice squad
this is crazy was on the field and in some capacity
at UC Irvine today now of course
the big two biggest names DJ Moore Ed Oliver Ed Oliver was
out there to what extent limited
or full we do not know as of right now but DJ Moore in a non-contact
jersey so that isn't very inspiring you don't want
to see him in a non-contact jersey uh the final
practice before the game but it's better than both
of them had been up to this point with their with
their DNPs coming into today now i will note it says there
at the bottom this is the exact uh same
cadence of practices as last week for DJ Moore he did a wind up sitting
so if we're going off of
the pattern established by last week it would it would seem
that DJ Moore is trending once again
to missing week six
but Joe Brady he does not seem all too concerned about the state of the
Bills and their injuries after five weeks through
the season this is what he said after Monday
night's game he said nobody's gonna
be a hundred percent healthy right now we just played a Monday
night game we're five weeks into the season it's part of the grind
so not much of a concern for
Joe Brady regarding this so Ed Oliver DJ Moore whoever else it may
be none of these none of
these injuries it's important to keep in mind are long term
so that is at least a sigh of relief
there no matter what but it would be nice
to get DJ Moore back this week we've been talking about
him every single week
because he's just been popping up on this injury report now he hasn't
contributed much to the Bills
because he was injured in week two and ever since then has
been battling the shoulder injury
but we saw we saw the taste of what he could do in week one
against the Texans when he went off for 100 receiving yards
and a touchdown when DJ Moore
is out there this offense completely changes it is night
and day take a look at the Lions game the
first half when DJ Moore played,
even when he wasn't getting receptions, just the fact that
he's drawing coverage absolutely changes this Bill's offense.
And he hasn't played much against
the Raiders so far in his career
because he has been on NFC teams up to this point. But in his
limited sample size, he has been pretty good against the Raiders.
Obviously, you can see here
the the differences between this year
and his games against the Raiders uh now these these
these season totals per game are going to go down
because in both the Lions game and in the Patriots
game DJ Moore did not do much before he exited with his injuries
and those go into these accounts
So if you take those out of it,
DJ Moore and what he's done so far this season, I think
can be replicated against the Raiders and their very shaky secondary.
The Raiders secondary, kind of like the Bills,
they do not have much talent-wise in that
room.
Let's go ahead and take a look at Ed Oliver now
and what he is looking like coming into
this game.
This is what was noticed after last week's win against the Rams.
It was noticed that Ed Oliver
was on the sidelines with a sleeve on his knee.
There is no additional bracing, which is a very positive
and encouraging sign for his chances to play in week six.
But honestly, I'm not too concerned about Ed Oliver and missing time.
because if we are going to pick apart and look at this Bills defense,
which there's no secret has been atrocious,
the defensive line is the Bills' strong suit
on defense so far this year.
They have been quietly and sneakily really good,
and it's being overshadowed just because of the amount of points
that have been put up
and the terrible coverage that our defensive backs
and our secondary has been performing so far this year.
But I agree with Jim Leonard on what he says here,
because the guys that have stepped up
in place of Ed Oliver, especially last week against the Rams,
really did make an impact.
You look at TJ Sanders and what he did,
stopping a crucial two-point conversion to keep the
game, I believe it was either tied or up by one for the Bills,
but stopped a massive Rams
two-point conversion that would have absolutely changed
the entire trajectory of the game with
that one and then Dwayne Carter in relief
of Ed Oliver once again logging a sack on Matthew
Stafford so you see what Jim Leonard said here TJ
I think you noticed him throughout the game he did
a great job I would agree with that uh Dwayne has
been consistent for us a young guy stepping up and
being a physical presence
so I think that the defensive line has really been impressive so far
in Ed Oliver's absence
so not too concerned on that front there let's go ahead take a look at
what would happen if the availability for DJ Moore
and Ed Oliver changes obviously with a healthy
DJ Moore it gives Josh Allen another downfield
target like I said go take a look at what he did
against the Texans week one but if Moore is limited
or out Buffalo may need to spread the
targets among other the remaining receivers Josh
Palmer uh questionable along with DJ Moore but I
think he is more likely than Moore to play
but again look for guys like Keon Coleman in the end
zone uh Khalil Shakir to get some yards after the catch like he does
and let's get Skylar Bell a
little bit more involved this time um as far
as Ed Oliver is concerned his interior his interior
presence can certainly disrupt quarterbacks
and create opportunities for edge rushers
like Greg Rousseau who's having a phenomenal year
but like I said uh this defensive tackle rotation
if Ed Oliver cannot play I think that they are are able
and very capable of covering his snaps
but we have to remember this Raiders game
is the last game before the Bills bye honestly for me
maybe I'm just going to be a little cocky here I think
that in the grand scheme of things long
term it is better if DJ Moore
and Ed Oliver sit this week maybe I'm underestimating the Raiders
maybe I'm getting a little bit too ahead of myself
but if the Bills can beat the Rams without those
two you gotta think you gotta like their chances
to still beat the Raiders without DJ Moore and
Ed Oliver in there but Joe Brady doesn't think like
that this is what Joe Brady says he says
that those guys can be out there the anticipation
is for them to be out there so it remains to be
seen what it looks like on Sunday afternoon
but i want to hear from you guys what do you think who
will be available on Sunday will DJ Moore
be out there will Ed Oliver be out there will it be both
or will it be none uh as of right now like i said i i'm kind
of hope it's neither of them and they
can just rest up take the bye
and be ready for the Ravens week eight but if i had to pick one
i think i'm gonna go with Ed Oliver just
because he wasn't wearing any sort of brace he it looks
like he is more of a participant in practice today than DJ Moore.
So I'm going to go with
Ed Oliver with this one. But let me know what you guys think
in the comments below. And make sure to
keep it right here on Bills Digest for all of your Bills content.
We will have a ton of more content
coming your way leading up to the Raiders game
and then throughout the bye week as well. So stay

thanks for watching. And of course, Go Bills!
