Monthly mental health meetings for veterans

Washington County has launched \"The Guard Rail,\" a free monthly mental health skills group for active duty service members and veterans of all ages and branches. The program provides a safe, community-driven space for veterans to connect, share experiences, and access professional behavioral health support to prevent crises and reduce veteran suicide.
