MongoDB Interns - Company Culture

I really feel like this is not just a job, but a community of people who are working towards a single goal. I feel that the feedback my team gives me is great. It has enabled me to grow a lot. The company value of Own What You Do has been something that's really important to me. I felt that as a non-technical role coming into a tech company, I was very nervous about not understanding some terms that people were using around the office, but I've asked questions to pretty much everyone, and everyone's approached it really well and has helped me understand what's going on. I've found that I've really grown throughout this internship by seeing mistakes as an opportunity for learning instead of something that's bad, and that's totally a culture that I've seen not only on my team, but just at MongoDB in general. While at MongoDB, I've made tons of meaningful connections with everyone around me, from interns to my team, and it's left me with a wonderful opportunity that I never would have dreamed of having.
