I Tested 3 Laptop Stands — Here's the One I Actually Use Daily

What's up guys in this video I'm going to be sharing with you three type of stands for your laptops. One is made by Hagibis that I personally use actually keep it in my side pocket of my bag laptop bag and these are the two new ones. One is made by Ugreen it is made of full metal aluminium I think and then the last one is made by Puncube they are into minimal stuff and so they made this one as well. I have shared in the past their wallets as well so they make really cute gadgets. So let's start with a tiny one and let's start with it. It's a very simple one there is a magnet it is magnetically attaches to itself so it comes like this a tiny little pebble or ball or whatever you want to call it and you can just throw it around in your bag or somewhere and then once you need it you put it like this and then put your laptop on top of it. I will add the action shots for the laptop sitting on this separately. Then once you're done just close them up like this and throw them in your pocket or your laptop bag and you are good to go. So it's tiny it does the job well its bottom is made of rubber this type and this feels like metal internally really cute and good design so I really liked it so this I have been using it for a few years now and it is always in the side pocket of my bag. And the next one is when I really need to get some air under my laptop and I want the feeling of a solid build this is then comes in but I most of the time I use this one just so you guys know. So it's a very made by Ugreen a brand that I think makes really good accessories and you do it like this see how satisfactory it is full metal design everything feels solid you can't just bend it and then to protect your to protect your laptop they have provided this strong rubber feet here and to give it extra they have given you legs though and those are actually adjustable ones and this design is actually made by many other brands as well it's just I like this brand that more the Ugreen I have more trust in it I know that anything that they make is going to be much higher quality than the cheaper ones out there so there are many companies making very similar design and many of you will say that oh I have tried it I've looked at it but try the Ugreen one or from a reputable brand and you will feel the difference in the quality and build and even the finish and even see this one also has rubber feet so tiny attention to details and the rubber feet here as well and you can adjust these legs so this is maximum area and then if you want to adjust it just keep sliding these legs back and you can go lower more you can go much more lower with the last leg this one and same as this one this is minimum that you will get okay and it comes in then you can once you're done you can close it like this and put it in its own bag that is provided and it comes in this bag from the brand and you can just then close it they have given you this pocket style rubber band as well so that it does not slip out and you are good to go bag with Ugreen written on top of it as well lastly then you have this one that I haven't even looked myself so yeah this is the one that is going to be new for me so let's see how it looks from the inside and you can see that it is still packed like I received it so yeah they are giving you some kind of round stickers left here some documentation here they say you can make it a writing clipboard as well expandable mouse pad is there as well portable laptop desk so they're calling it portable laptop desk and not calling just stand they have given bunch of stuff they are really into like tiny details so for example they are showing you how we have catered to your things so so that your laptop does not fall off we have added this kind of holder then this is choose different angles different angles to give it different height fold the neck part will allow to magnetically adhere to the frame so some magnets are there as well and then lift the entire stand structure from the middle slot so let's see how it looks from the inside documentation wise sounds good and what are these for so they have given you round sticker and this is a gift excel this actually is a gift and it's not a necessity okay so these are just gifts it is used for anti-sleep just when you very small surface so in case maybe glass you can use these install them on the back of the cover let's ignore them and just look into the cover itself first of all it is very solid I mean if I try to bend it that's the twist it gets so it is very solid in that the surface feel I don't know what surface it is they haven't mentioned it right I don't think they have mentioned the no they haven't mentioned it although they say it is waterproof flushable nobody's patch of beverage or anything so they say if even if water falls down with it drop they will just slide it off a4 size slim and portable so let's see and yes you can actually use it as a document holder let me show you this is this is so quick cool I mean yes you can it is a laptop stand but look at this now your laptop stand is also a paper holder clip holder and this is a strong one magnetically this is so good and they have also given you this design that I use to see when I bought those paper clip holders and you have the logo here what else next up is it's a book like design so very satisfactory to actually hold it it feels really good to hold it and now should I remove it how do I forget this area okay now the trick is to make it so they have used plastic in between so ideally laptop would sit here if I'm right right but then how are we going to get that height out of it is it like this how am I supposed to use it oh something comes out of it as well oh okay so apparently you can do it like this as well and this is your mouse pad so this is your mouse pad you will put your laptop here your mouse pad here I'm looking at it and paper clip holder here how are they making it laptop stand okay if I look at their picture they are trying to do something like this no oh yes really what's going on is it like this it's like this what the heck take it this will give it a 90 degree twist like this right and then do it like this like this like this what the heck let me figure it out first okay so I have actually I needed to watch a video to actually figure it out and that's not a good thing I mean technology not it's not technology but it's all right if you made it very creative but you shouldn't make it creative at the cost of usability which is the thing here so you do it like this and that's your laptop stand and it is actually quite strong even if you keep pressing it your laptop will sit here and this part will hold it in and can I do the same with this one yes you can do the same with this one so these two are different stand you can say so the idea is that normally it sits like this you pull it up once you understand it becomes easier and the first one is this and the second one is this and you have two stands so this that's how it looks first one and if you want to go lower you can do it like this see this one and once you start putting load on it it doesn't go down and once you're done you will close it like this this part is actually to hold the laptop there and if you have a mouse with you just pull it out and you have a mouse pad as well and if you want to use it on your lap you're gonna this is very solid surface so you put it on your lap and use it for that so overall it's creative design although I don't think I like this part that they have done I like things when they are solid so I mean I think I it will grow on people who actually use it but still I feel like this part wasn't done right but overall it's a nice little design it's a good design and I think overall materials are good and they have tried to jam back a bunch of stuff in this tiny little thing and they have found ways to actually make it creative so still good job for them and credit where it is due and I think they have done a good job of it so these are the ones that are our stands three different laptop stands the one one ran away I had to find it but here we are so we have three different stands for you and here we are in one frame three different laptop stands for people who are still looking for them they are there I simply like this one the simplicity ease of carrying it is the best then the next one is for me I think I would still go for this one as the second option the reason is that I can use it on my lap as well and it has a mouse pad this one you only can use it on a table you can't use it on your lap and I would only go for it when I need to put a fan behind it or give extra surface so that the laptop can get its cooling effect when I am doing some heavy processing but most of the time I would ignore it and go for first this one second for this one anyway these were my thoughts let me know about yours too take care bye all right it's time to do some real testing so that's how I use this one and let me show you how much you get so yes I mean it keeps it off my mattress or something like that so the air circulation is there but more like a finger width and which is more than enough for air circulation to continue and then if we move to the next one let's do the this one so this is the first level that's right and this is your holder and actually then this is macbook pro 16 inch so it's a heavy machinery and if it can hold this machinery it can hold many other devices as well and there is it let's try it and actually you know if I no matter how much I press it's very solid so there is no way it is going to go down very easily this is the first level and you can go lower with the other level let's try that level as well which is the smaller one all right the lower level okay and the last one the most solid of this all made by Ugreen I hope I'm pronouncing the name correctly it's Ugreen and not Ugreen simple although not the this leg design I'm not a big fan of because you have to do like take two step approach first this one and then you need to pull these legs out which is not really this come out very easily so you have to do it like this and one usually the legs come out easily although this one isn't so didn't okay I was trying from the wrong direction so if you handle it like this and let it do its thing it the legs should automatically come down at least they used to but this one seems to be not behaving well okay so then you don't even have to actually look you can just do it by with your hand like this you know when it clicks in so this this gives you the maximum possible angle if you are fan of that like this and let me show you from the side as well see and then of course you can go lower as you like let me go maximum lower is it maximum no let's see still one off I hope this one is the minimum okay and this is the minimum you can cut so a lot of angles and very solid surface so if you ask me when it comes to being solid this is the strongest of them all well built stand it's just that you can't use it on your lap so these were the three stand tests I hope they help you understand and make the right decision when buying a stand
