I Explored an Abandoned Waterpark

Today we're going to be exploring an abandoned water park that I discovered off the coast of a greek island. Eerie water park suddenly abandoned after a tragic accident. What was that? I think there's a person coming. There's something in here. I'm gonna go in there. Hello? Stop. Get out, get out, get out, get out, get out. We have to get out of here. We have to get out of here right now. So my friends brought me on this yacht. We've been sailing to a different greek island every day. I decided to go for a jet ski ride with my friend to explore the nearby areas and we came across this abandoned water park and somehow we decided the best time to explore this was when the sun was going down. Great planning. So they're getting the boat ready. Can you see it from here? It's like right behind here. We're gonna go see it right now. Look at the yachts. Oh my god, this looks suspicious. It's like an island in the middle of greece with a little building. It looks like it was abandoned a few years ago. It's supposed to be one of the biggest water parks in greece and then it just suddenly shut down. The sun is going down so we have to hurry up and explore. There's no trespassing after dark. A big reason that water parks end up shutting down is because somebody dies. Eerie water parks suddenly abandoned after tragic accident that took the life of a child at the water park. We're pulling up to it right now and this thing looks so sketchy. We're gonna pull up the boat and try to like park it somewhere around here. How do you say water slide? Do you know anything about this abandoned water slide? No. Nothing? You've never seen it before? It's time to investigate. Yeah, we do have to investigate. After doing some research, I finally found more information. It's called aqua peros and it's permanently closed. It's located on the island of peros on the coast. There it is. The abandoned water park and to me this looks like prime real estate. It's off the coast on a beautiful island with crystal blue water. You could really see how long the slides are on the map and it dumps you straight into the ocean water. This is so weird because look at this image of the water park. There's so many slides. See so many twisty slides and then the yellow and white one. But when you look at the google maps satellite image, there's only the yellow and white one and then this giant empty area. Like did there used to be more slides here? Where'd they go? Did they remove them? I don't know but we're gonna find out. Guys, this is so cool. It's like the ocean is right here and all you can hear are the animals over here, but this place is like completely abandoned. What is that? Okay, it's just us on the island. It's not that scary right now because there's light out. But like this would be so creepy. This is like under the slide. There's nothing suspicious yet. Whoa, is this like such a huge water slide? And you see that building down there? That used to be an abandoned beach club. So we'll also go investigate that too. Wow. I'm gonna go up there and see what we can find. Everything is blocked off. It looks like the end of the world like the last of us. There's so much greenery just overgrown everywhere. Oh my god. Wait, I think there's a person coming. Oh, wait, it's a dog. Wait, do you see that? There's like a dog there. Hello there. I don't even know what this means. I'm in danger. We're gonna have to like go under here. Oh There's like a ship up here. Oh my goodness. You know, it's really weird seeing a place that was literally built for people to scream and have fun completely silent. And now the loudest thing here is probably me stepping somewhere I shouldn't. Bro, look at this park. Fall full arm. It was just a stick. This slide looks like it hasn't even been used in years. Oh, there's another water slide over here too. Oh, there's like a whole abandoned ship here. I think it's like part of the ride. You can go up here and then go into the ship and I think this is where like the bar or the restaurant was. You scared me. Guys, this is my friend Natasha. She's on the trip with me. Oh, there's so many sticks. I think these are from the rides. Or no, it was like the roof. It like broke down and then fell on the ground. Now, it's really crunchy. Got a little beach bar over here. Little stools. This place is actually huge. Guys, I think there's something in here. Wait, there's like footprints of an animal over here. What the heck? What kind of footprints are these? Wait, what was that? There's definitely something in here and we're gonna find out what it is. Now, I just need to find out where the entrance to this water slide is. But this one's kind of sketchy because it's not open on the outside. It's like completely closed in. So it's going to be pitch black inside and this has been abandoned for several years. So I have no idea what I'm gonna find in here. This must have been a giant pool and then there's a bunch of houses here but I don't know if some of them are abandoned. There are surprisingly very few records of aquaparos online. It was actually really hard to find anything about this place. So this place used to have 13 water slides, a lazy river, its own beach and restaurant and even a medical center. This used to be one of the biggest water parks in Greece. It has 3.9 stars, which is pretty good reviews for a water park. People are saying it's calm, clean. It's a nice place for kids. But what about the bad reviews? Unacceptable place. It does not meet any safety requirements. The facilities are very old and borderline dangerous. Let's not even talk about cleanliness. I wonder how it has license to operate. The slides end up in the sea where there is no control and since you are targeting families, there should be a lifeguard there too. This definitely seems like a safety hazard. For a slide this long to just dump a small child out into the ocean seems pretty unsafe to me. We're gonna test this one out first, but we just have to find the stairs and I can't find the stairs anywhere. Whoa, here's the boat. There has to be stairs around here to get up to the top of that slide. Oh, that's definitely where the kiddie park is. That's not creepy enough. So we're gonna go into the big water slide. This is definitely how to get up. This is the way up to the slide. So we have to go down these stairs. What was that? Did you guys hear that? It's just us here, but I heard somebody saying like, Unless somebody's like hiding in those bushes. Guys, my heart is beating so fast right now. I'm actually terrified. We made it up to the stairs and they're so sketchy. Oh my god. I feel like this could break at any second. These wood planks are oh my god. Oh my god. Oh my god. These are not sturdy. These are not sturdy. These are not sturdy. These are gonna break. They're like weathered away. Guys, I swear these are gonna break. Just be careful. Guys, we found the entrance to the big slide. So i'm gonna go in there. Are you gonna go in there? Yeah, you'll actually go in there? I'll go in there. Oh, okay. You guys all want to come? I'm a little scared. Yeah, me too. I have no idea what's in here. Like there might be a wild animal in there. There might be somebody living in there. We heard noises and scratching from inside of the slide. So i'm low-key really scared and there's no water to like push us down. It's not like a slide So we're gonna have to like manually go down the slide. If you guys smash that like button, i'll do it. I'll go inside one of those slides. Look at this view. Like we're literally on an island in Greece and we're gonna go in here. All right, guys, i'm so scared. This is like so sketchy. Wait, no, there's somebody. There's actually somebody in there. Do you have like a stick we can throw or something? Hello? All right, guys, let's go. Wait, no, no, no, there's something down there. There's something in there. I swear There's something down there. I'm actually like terrified right now. Okay, we have to keep going though. Hello? Yeah, it's hot Stop Guys I'm so sweaty I'm actually terrified. There is definitely something inside that black slide. I don't know what it is I don't know if it's an animal, but I swear I heard somebody talk at least this slide is open So maybe we can just like go down this slide. There's no water in it. So I can't like push you down So how am I supposed to? Ow, oh my goodness. It's spiky. That was not a good idea Do not put your butt on that. I don't know what this is, but it's like spiky on my butt I got at least seven butt splinters doing that I cannot tell you how much I regret getting on this slide when I tell you do not do this Do not sit on an abandoned slide because fiberglass particles will penetrate The bottom of your lululemon leggings and stab you in the butt I felt needles in my butt cheeks until I went home and showered the worst part is I washed my pants Put them back on and they still had fiberglass particles within the fabric of the pants They are a part of me now Probably my most painful greek souvenir was the fiberglass in my favorite pair of leggings I think we can just walk down the slide and it's fine. There's like a little obstacle. Wait, where does this lead to? Oh my god, i'm like falling wait, I have to see where it leads to does it lead to the boat? I think it does lead close to the boat. I'll meet you guys down. I'm just gonna go investigate this slide This is like really steep I'm, just like trying not to like slip and fall on this oh my goodness, I Want to hurry up to get down this slide because i'm scared. It's gonna like break Okay, this is the end and it'll take me out right there. Oh, look our boat I can't wait to go back to the boat Oh my goodness Bro, this almost broke on me this freaking slide almost broke. Oh my god This is the most nasty smelling water i've ever smelled in my life. Oh Oh, it smells like a sewer. It smells like a sewer people have definitely peed in there I'm, not gonna be kidding. That is dewy water. I want to throw up bro. I literally got fiberglass in my butt. This cannot be good It's poking me somebody's definitely been here because there's no way this could have happened by coincidence. I don't want to touch him I don't want no booty magic on my hands. What's in here? Oh my goodness, bro, okay, nothing suspicious these bridges are so sketchy.
