Hi friends, Christy here from MakingItInTheMountains.com.
Today I'm going to show you how to set a simple yet beautiful spring table.
Okay friends, welcome back to my channel today. Thank you so so much for joining me. I'm really
excited to show you how I put this pretty spring tablescape together in just a few simple steps.
So I started by laying out a really beautiful linen tablecloth over our table. Then I brought
in a bit of color with some beautiful flowers scattered down the center of my table. These
were just some inexpensive flowers that I picked up at the grocery store and divided up into some
simple mason jars. Next I wove in a really pretty collection of votive candles down the center of
my table as well. I purchased these candles as a set a couple of years ago and I use them all the
time. I love that they coordinate with each other without being too matchy-matchy. With that simple
centerpiece in place, I added in some beautiful woven placemats just to add a bit more warmth to
my tablescape. I stacked our simple everyday dishes on top of the woven placemats. I actually purchased
these dishes a couple of years ago but I am still head over heels in love with them today.
The creamy white is such a timeless color and I especially love that each dish brings a beautiful
unique detail to our table. I placed a simple linen napkin on top of my plates
and then stacked my silverware on top tied with a simple yet beautiful silk ribbon. Tying the
silverware with a beautiful ribbon was such a simple thing to do but I think it adds so much
elegance and charm to this tablescape. And that's it friends! Just a few simple details
brought together to create a beautiful bright and cheery spring tablescape. I hope you enjoyed
this video today and that it's left you feeling inspired to create your own simple spring
tablescape as well. If you like this video I would love for you to give it a thumbs up below
