I'm Sawyer, Skyler's buddy from Michigan. Came out to do some salmon fishing with us, guys, and we got Skyler. You guys know him, Skyler Bradley. We'll have his Instagram, TikTok, all that stuff down below, but if you don't watch him, you got to watch him. He's freaking hilarious, guys, and we're going to be out here for, what, we got four days? Four days. Four days, guys, of fishing and showing them the Northwest. We're going to try to do a whole bunch, but number one on the list is to come out here and kill some salmon, and we're doing it. It ain't even freaking eight o'clock yet, baby. Who wants a donut, though? That's what we need right now is a little pumpkin spice donut, guys. Sean, would you like a little pumpkin spice donut to get us into the fall season? I just saw a salmon roll right there. It's pretty cool. These are better than a regular Oreo. I will fight you in the comments. That's probably why we're not catching anything anymore. Hey, guys, you're probably wondering why we came back to the dock. Well, we're going to go catch some sturgeon because these guys don't get to catch very many sturgeon where they're at in Michigan. We happen to have a pretty good sturgeon fishery here in the Multnomah Channel just right at the mouth, but because we're going to be below that closure, we can't have salmon in the boat, so we are just putting the kill bag in the truck because we're going to come back and salmon fish later, but we want to be legal, so drop the salmon in the truck. Now we have no salmon on board. We're not going to salmon fish below the deadline. We're just going to go down there, catch some sturgeon, then we'll go back out, hopefully smash our limit of salmon, and it'll be a good day. Wish us luck. Fingers crossed. This is where we got a bunch of them early last spring. It's a lot prettier of a day today. It's super sunny. It was raining. I remember the water was super murky last time, but we still hammered them, so I'm excited to be back, and even seeing them on the live back there, it's just sweet, so I'm excited. Bite, bite, bite, bite, bite, bite, bite, and then you're going to pull it out. When you pull it out, you pull it out like super light. You don't want them to feel it, and then when you do that, you go down to the water with it, and then when you feel him tugging, not tapping, like when you feel him like pulling the bait, set the hook. If you feel him just like tapping it, you're going to miss him every single time. There you go, and then just to the ground with it. He's still tugging it or no? I'm still getting hit. I'm getting hit good. Remember, if he's pulling on it, you got him. If he's tapping it, you don't. Yeah, you got to kind of follow him, and then we play ring around the rosie here. It's just absolutely, it's nuts. It's nuts to me, but really pretty out here. Definitely different than at home. So, and I can't believe they don't fish them with downriggers and everything. So we brought him to the bank here guys to really just give him time and make sure that he's ready to swim. We want to make sure that he's nice and revived before we let him go. Well, addicts, we had to end a couple days of amazing fishing out here at Mount St. Helens checking out the viewpoint. We barely made it up here before it got dark. It's getting dark right now. This guy's from Michigan. The only mountains they got over there are mole hills. Yes, mole woods. This is nuts. So we had to bring him up to see the volcano. Yeah, dude. And hey, what's that one over there? Dude, don't ask me. I'm terrible at freaking geographics. Oh, dude, look at the sunset too. Sick. Pretty sick. Well, dude, what did you think of the last two days? It's fricking, it's, it's been awesome. We caught a bunch of sturgeon today, some salmon. That's really cool.
