Moojibaba guides us to drop everything, and as a result we effortlessly remain as our true nature — the vast and limitless space of Being.
‘If you sit like this, the Truth will reveal itself in you. It is searching for the space that it can unfold its beauty in you. But we have been too busy planning to meet the Truth. Truth and yourself are one. Honour that.’

Just learn to disengage.
Learn this simple thing and tell me when it fails you.
Detach, detach, detach.
Because even by saying this,
we realise that we are carrying around so much intention,
so much memory, so much duties, to-do lists, and all kinds of stuff.
It's just constantly pulsating somewhere.
I say, No. Now you do.
We're not even going to say, In fact, now you do it.
This is the Just Be exercise. Now you do it. Just do it.
I have a question. No. Drop this one.
I have a question. No. Drop this one right now. Let go. Let go.
Be in the Now with things. Let go.
And you will see some things that feel, I can't let go. Let go. Choose.
Let go doesn't mean throw them over the hill and crush them into powder.
It just means detach. Learn to detach.
And gradually you will see, Whoa!
Even some things you begin to see sometimes for the first time,
what the clinging is about.
There are some things we are unconsciously clinging onto.
But when I ask you to detach, you start to see what they are.
You have made an inner family of noise, commitments and pressures.
At times, you are here now. You came here to me.
We are here. Just a few moments. Detach. Let go.
I am not talking about it. I am telling you. Let go.
Is it a risk? You may find, Oh, no, no. Let go. No. Let go.
Be empty. Let the state that you entered into, deep sleep,
willingly take it in your waking state. Let go of it.
When you are conscious of it, who is on board with this right now?
Do it. Do it. Do it right now. Do that.
Just let go.
Sometimes the mind says, OK, I got it. No, no. Let ...
How empty can you be?
And you realise that, however old you are,
maybe you have never consciously done this.
You are always locked in to some intention, some kind of movement.
No. Just do it now.
Empty, empty, empty.
Even some things feel, Oh, no. I can't let go.
Be like a detached witness, but who has no shape.
Some subtle images may form in the mind.
No, no. Let them ... Whatever. Detach. Don't follow them.
Discover that space of pure emptiness.
Sometimes the mind will argue against this,
like, What is the point of that? You know what that is like.
No. Just persist.
There is no need to visualise anything at all.
The very mind itself will often rebel in the beginning,
as though it cannot bear this emptiness.
It is always counting something.
Don't call it an exercise or a trick.
You may catch the trickiness of the mind.
It is OK. It is in there. Don't try and correct it.
Just let go, without any expectation of anything to come.
In this waking state consciousness, detached,
all the stuff offered through the mind,
any sense of problem or duty, let go.
This freedom you have, let go.
And don't go to sleep.
Sometimes the mind will come and say,
What is the point? It is a waste of time. We are not doing anything.
Damn right!
And not waiting. Don't touch next.
Mind grows in next. No next.
Where is the stress?
Where are the techniques needed?
What is here, in and as this emptiness?
Victim? Victor? No.
Stop acting.
Are you paralysed?
Bound?
Worthless?
Meaningless stuff.
Value, no value, all this mind.
The mind itself will say, OK, you have done well.
Let's get back to normal.
Are you bound? Are you bound? Paralysed?
What is your state? What are your obligations?
Leave just for a moment. You deserve a little time to try.
This moment, you are not talking about it. You are It.
Your Self is not a technique.
It does not have to prove doubts, mere mental creations.
Even belief you don't need. Leave even belief.
And disbelief, all these things, leave for a moment.
See when you reach suffering. Come on.
When you reach suffering, don't create.
There are no images. Let them come, but don't log into anything.
Accept no favours, no promises.
Just Be.
And to say, Just Be, the Be is not a verb.
It is not to do Be.
It is here. Effortless. Complete.
Is there history here? Plans?
Do you exist less?
Be here, in and as the ground of being itself.
No pictures.
Is it, in itself, an exercise?
In this place, is there nervousness, insecurity, confidence?
Leave all that.
Even the sense of presence, don't cling to anything. Stay awake.
Then, when the images can come,
thoughts, mind, traffic, all that can come.
Does it take this away?
Actions, reactions, interactions unfold spontaneously.
Old habits say, You can't trust this.
You need a technique, you need a plan, you need a strategy.
Relax. Let it all go.
Move in this, as this.
The momentum of habit, the force of habit, will try to reassert.
It will tell you, Oh, that was a nice exercise.
OK, let's get on with things. Let things get on.
Find yourself in all of this.
You are here, pure, uncluttered, unrestricted awareness.
Speak not about it.
Marinate your attention in it.
It will inform your life.
Everyone is so tight.
Life, following the mind and projections, is so tight, rigid.
Don't let go of it, and recognise, this is not sleep.
Mind, activity, ego, try to bring in sleep.
It's a way of avoiding the power of the pure Presence, unmixed.
When will this be over? Where did it start?
When will it be over?
If you sit with this like this,
you don't have to read any books, even spiritual books.
The Truth will reveal itself in you.
It's searching for the space that can unfold its beauty in you.
But we have been too busy planning to meet the Truth.
Truth and your Self are one.
So, honour that.
When I say, Invest in it, all I am saying is,
give some attention just to be here.
Is it time wasted? No.
Actually, it's beyond time.
OK. Good. Go back to the mind now. Good, good.
Throw it away. Throw this emptiness away.
You have made use of it now. Do it.
What is it? Only honouring the emptiness
in which all things dance momentarily.
They come and go, appear and disappear
inside this unnameable, limitless.
Could you possibly be this?
Of course, you cannot put it on your resume.
Thank you.
I don't mind if you have nothing to show for your time here.
You without you.
Can it be lost? Can it be kept?
Can it be hidden?
Ah, I have to think about it.
It appears as though this appearance is also maya.
Thank you.
Thank you. God bless all.
