What's up guys? It's Matt with Cloud9.
Welcome back to Nichols Lake Road in Milton.
Today we're going to be doing a walkthrough
on the house we just finished building
and we can't wait to show you everything. So come check it out.
All right, so when we talk about custom homes,
we're going to talk about Cloud9 standards.
Cloud9 standards is pretty much attention to detail.
So even the smallest details matter
the most when we're talking about accents
and how the elevations of the house look.
For example, you're going to be seeing
that we put brick over all of our porch gables.
Not very common, but we managed to get it done.
Talking a little bit about all of our columns
on of our porches.
We capped every single one of those and stained them.
We have a custom stain for our tongue and groove ceilings.
We even go as far as making sure
that all of our electrical outlets are black.
That way it ties in with the black windows,
the black door, the black light fixture,
the black lights in the ceiling and the black fan.
So all of these details matter
when you're looking at the house from the outside.
So that's pretty much the front porch.
Cloud9 standard way, attention to detail
looks beautiful. So another cool little thing that we
do is we actually decided to add a wraparound
sidewall that attaches from the front porch to the back porch.
As you're walking, we obviously
worry about drainage issues and water flow,
so we actually integrated some French drains to catch
some of the gutters. We made a nice brick wall
to hide some of the view of the AC unit, kind of give
it its own seclusion. Even made some drains
to attach for the condensation coming out of your AC
units so as you walk around and you'll see
that it just wraps from the front porch to the back porch
and our back porch is going to be the same
as the front with the same details tongue and groove
nice cap posts black lights black accents to pull
from each other on this beautiful brick home
all right so now for the inside of the house we have a one bedroom one
and a half bath this is
technically a mother-in-law suite
but it is actually a separate 1400 square foot heated
and cooled house. We'll talk a little bit about
the living room. The living room is we went with
a very open concept plan.
Our ceilings have a double tray hop up to go from 10 foot up to 12
foot which really increases and makes it feel like it's much bigger
in here than what it actually is.
With our kitchen we went with all nice cabinetry all white.
We have some custom amenities that we
decided to do but this one's a little bit different.
We did a actual wraparound island and it's got a
bench seating area so we're going to be having some cushions
to come in and be able to sit down
at this table and eat there's plenty
of storage underneath and storage around
went with a custom wood hood some
beautiful granite countertops nice big
window to be able to see out and just kind
of bring in some more natural light
so with all these things we got white
shaker cabinets warm wood floors dark
countertops nice custom hood big open window
a large island that kind of gives
you more of that modern farmhouse feel
with a little bit of an upscale detailed
touch to it okay and just walking down we have
a half bath here we got your vanity we have a
storage closet and our toilets our toilets
are a little bit special they kind of have a mind of
their own they're automatic they have
the flushing option warming option rinsing option and blow dry
option walking in down here we have an extension
of our kitchen going into a pantry which also
shares with our HVAC room
so we're going to walk through the kitchen we're going to keep the flow
and goes right into the laundry room
the laundry room we have a nice picture framed window to be
able to let natural light in and so that you can see out
and enjoy a view when you're doing the
most dreadful thing like folding your clothes we
also decided to have extra storage in here
so we added a tall pantry cabinet here and another upper
and lower base cabinet with a countertop on
the other side of it coming in from our laundry room we're going
to go to our closet we went with
some custom closet cabinetry in here
so you're going to have plenty of room for all of your
drawers got plenty of doors
and folding space it's all built custom closet is going to pass
into our master bedroom master bedroom we went
with a nice plush carpet in here
sometimes people don't really like LVP too much
in their rooms if you're gonna
put a big rug down so the carpet kind
of helps with softening the tones in your
bedroom but we went with a double tray in here too
which hops up from a 10 foot
ceiling to a 12 foot in the center plenty of lighting coming from our
bedroom we're gonna visit
our master bathroom master bathroom we put a little
special touch on we have a nice walk-in shower
that's been fully customized it's
It's a curbless shower, so zero entry,
you just roll right in.
A big niche, plenty of grab bars, and all of our trim.
You know, you're gonna be able to have body sprays,
jet sprays, head sprays, shower wands,
all of that for this trimless shower.
We went with smart mirrors in our bathroom,
so it's just touch to turn on.
Went with a center tower for additional storage.
Have a makeup vanity and a nice six foot
deep soaking tub at the end,
with another picture frame with obscured glass window.
Going into our bathroom, obviously this is our toilet room
with another smart toilet with remote controls
to be able to press and do what you need it to do.
And on our way out of the bathroom,
I just wanna show that we also went
with a nice heater on the ceiling.
So for whenever you're in the shower and it does get cold,
you can turn the heater on
and it actually starts blowing out warm air,
which is great for the winter time.
All right, so once again,
I appreciate everybody taking their time
to walk through with us over here at Nichols Lake Road,
just to see our work and see what we're up to.
wanted to just bring everybody's attention we are going
to be doing a series and we're it's currently
under construction and we're working on it
but stay tuned we promise we won't keep you long so
