I'm going to show you how you get Cloud Co-Work
and then something that can be really beneficial
with your small business within Cloud Co-Work.
So we'll come back to PowerPoint in a few minutes.
We're going to go back to the Cloud website.
Let's go back to cloud.ai.
Now, follow my mouse.
To get something that's called Cloud Co-Work,
you're going to come down here and click on your name
within the website,
and then you say get apps and extensions.
Now, here's another way to get the Excel
and PowerPoint and Word added.
So you could do it from here,
or you could do it from those individual apps.
But if you just scroll down a little bit,
notice how we have the desktop version.
Now, if you have a Macintosh,
it'll say download for Macintosh,
but you're going to pick on download for Windows.
So you'll download that.
Then either you or your IT team would install that.
It's really easy to install.
It'll be in your download folder,
and then you'll just run it from your download folder.
Now, once you do that, follow my mouse, everybody.
Notice how I have a Cloud icon on my actual taskbar.
This is the Cloud desktop version.
I'm going to click on the Cloud icon on my taskbar,
and this will open Cloud desktop.
I know this looks like the Cloud website, but it's not.
It's the desktop version.
The desktop version can actually work with your own files,
and there's a lot that we can do here.
Then, everybody, I'm going to click on the word co-work
where my mouse does.
All right, one of the great features here
is where you can schedule tasks.
So I picked the word co-work.
I'm going to click on the word scheduled,
and these are my actual scheduled tasks
that I have going every day.
So I make it make a blog post on my website.
I make it do a search for me on the AI topics,
because I have to stay up to date with these things.
So every day, I get an email that Cloud made for me
that searches out the AI topics.
I also get an email about what's hot on YouTube
based on my topics.
So I have these scheduled.
So what you do is you pick in the word new task,
and you'll say either create with Cloud or set up manually.
Probably set up manually, do that one first.
So give it a name, give it a good description,
and then you describe what you want, all right?
You just put it in plain language of what you want.
So for example, I'm going to say,
for the name, I'll say create a blog post on my website.
Now, just in the interest of time today,
I'm going to copy the name into the description,
and then also here, you want to describe
exactly what you're trying to do.
So you set that up, and then you're going to save it.
And then notice how that's over here.
Now, the first time that you do it, everybody,
you want to run it manually,
and then it'll ask you a lot of questions
so it can set that up properly.
So I just clicked on that, and I'll say run now.
And now it'll start to ask me a lot of questions
to make sure it knows what to do.
After I clicked on run now, it is running right here,
and I'm going to click on that task.
And now it'll start to ask me what my website is
and things like that.
Once that works for you,
then you can go back and schedule it,
maybe daily or weekly or those kind of things.
We really like to schedule tasks part of co-work.
It's something that I use quite a bit.
So hopefully that gave you some insight
on how to get those going.
So you can see it's starting to perform,
and now it's going to ask you some questions
and things like that.
Okay, so that's how you start with your scheduled tasks.
Now, let me show you something
that came out about a week ago.
I'm actually going to stop this in the interest of time
because it's something really important I want to show you.
Anthropic has lots of great tools
to help with your small business.
So last week, they made an announcement
that they came out with a bunch of tools
specifically for small business.
So here's how you're going to get to them.
You're going to click on co-work,
you know, here on the desktop version.
You'll click on the word Customize.
Now, your connectors are all your different apps
that we talked about before.
So you want to certainly connect those.
But to get to the small business thing
that Anthropic came out with last week,
we're actually going to click where it says Browse Plugins.
Just have to trust me, okay?
So we clicked on Customize.
On this one, I'm going to say Browse Plugins.
You're going to scroll all the way.
Now, notice how there's a bunch that you guys can use.
Marketing, finance, human resources.
So these are all great for your small business,
but go all the way down to the bottom of that list.
And there's one that says Small Business,
and it's from Anthropic.
So I'm going to click on the plus sign there.
And now it says Small Business is installed and ready to use.
So here's how you would actually use this.
I'm going to close that window.
Now, everybody, I'm going to close.
Notice how I have the Small Business plugin over here.
So if I pick on Small Business under the Customize,
it can tell you lots of great ideas.
They can actually connect to your QuickBooks
and give you a cross-functional business snapshot,
or maybe a profit and loss state from QuickBooks.
So now you have all these things that you can start to do.
In fact, I'm going to come over here
and pick where it says See All.
And then they just gave you many, many ideas
of what the Small Business plugin can do for you.
So watch how I got to that again.
You're going to click on Cowork.
You'll click on Customize,
and you'll pick on Browse Plugins.
Now, a lot of these you can use right away,
but scroll down to the one that says Small Business.
So I clicked on that, and it installed it.
Then, when you're back here in the Customize window,
you pick in the word Small Business,
and then pick in the word See All.
And then you can just try some of these
to help you do some tests for your small business.
So it automatically interacts with HubSpot, QuickBooks,
PayPal, but those can really help you out.
Okay, everybody?
So the Cloud Desktop is very, very powerful,
and that's where you're going to get to Cloud Cowork.
I really like those scheduled tasks.
It's something that I actually use every day.
And I like where we can go to Customize
and then get that Small Business plugin, among the others.
So Anthropic is doing a lot to help with your small business.
