the Carousel Mall uh just a heads up guys the FLIR you're seeing here is from our last visit
walking around the Carousel Mall before they uh demolished uh the mall that's right this
mall is now demolished um what you're seeing here on the screen now is uh some footage from the day
that we spent back in August of 22 giving you guys a walking tour so what we're flying over
right now is actually the old JC penni building I want you guys to pay attention to the parking
structure on the left and the Harrison's building on the right uh this is how the
mall looks today the uh the mall is basically gone uh the Harris's building is still there and
the parking structure I don't think those are going anywhere um I knew that the uh Harris's
building wasn't going to go anywhere because it's privately owned and it's a historical
site so a little bit of background about the Carousel Mall it opened its doors in October
of 1972 as the Central City Mall it changed its name in 1991 to the Carousel Mall after
adding a carousel to the interior and close its doors for the last time in 2017 but I just want
