Welcome to Zaytuna. As you know, we were previously in River Park. Me and my husband own Collect Coffee Bar, so we thought it would be a great idea to join the two together. We thought it'd be something different that Fresno doesn't have to be able to come in, have a cup of coffee, make a candle, do some perfume. We have our olive oil tasting room right behind me. where we have infused olive oils and balsamic vinegar so you're able to taste before you buy. All of our oils are cold pressed. We get them here in California so they're all California olives so they are all natural. No heat is ever put onto the olives so everything is all natural, cold pressed, all those nutrients are locked in. All of our jarred items here. I personally picked every item because they are minimal clean ingredients. We don't, we try not to buy anything that has preservatives or additives. We're trying to promote a more like clean lifestyle, healthy lifestyle. Our perfume bar is all natural. We don't add any chemicals or synthetic fragrances. So we try our best to offer the best ingredients that we can to our customers. Yeah, so our scent bar here is essential oil based. We have 30 different scents. You would have a seat, pick your project between perfume, perfume, oil, or candle making. You would smell all of them. Pick your favorites. Once you categorize which ones you like, we would get our little tester strips and start making different combinations and that's where the fun part comes because we know we like them separately but now we need to see if we like them blended together. We'll talk about the different notes, the ratios, how to blend. We try to have a little variety for everybody. A lot of men come in and think maybe it's too feminine but we're like no we have our musky, we have our strong scents as well like sandalwood, cedarwood. So it really is for everybody. So there's so many different options and different categories here. I like to say that this is a little everything I like put into one store.
