Adrian Kempe scores a hat trick as the Kings beat the Sharks 7-2

A game under 500 coming in, they feel like their 5-on-5 play has been a little inconsistent. Stretch pass from Panarin to Adrian Kempe, he scores! Adrian Kempe, and he scores in the... You talk about wanting... Panarin, throws on the break, feeds the point, Gustafsson across, it'll come back this way, Gustafsson, pass across, it's Kempe! Behind that seam and a perfect blast. Clark to Gustafson to Kempe through the five. Trying to roll it for Byfield. Swings it around to Panarin. Panarin gets the return pass. Pass out at the end. Kempe scores! It's a hat trick for Adrian Kempe! His fifth career hat trick, and I think the fans are just now. Power play gets set up, and a cross ice, beautiful cross ice, no-look pass right on the tape. Kempe there, he might have got a little deflection there off a nurse's stick. I'm not sure if it hits his stick, it goes to the top, it hits somebody's. We'll see if Kempe gets this. It definitely hits something in front, but regardless.
