James Kaufman, World News Report, today, July 22nd, 2025. God bless you and yours, no matter where you are in the world. Please subscribe, give us a thumbs up, ring that bell for critical future updates. House panel and DOJ to subpoena. Ghislaine Maxwell, of course, the house is leaving today for a month and a half long vacation, so don't expect this to happen until at least September, if she's still breathing at that time. Yes, Jeffrey Epstein's partner in crime, Ghislaine Maxwell, is back in the spotlight. Everyone wants to hear what Maxwell has to say. With Jeffrey Epstein's case, all of the news disgraced British socialite and convicted sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell has come back from the obscurity of a Federal Corrections Institute in Tallahassee, Florida, from her Florida cell to back in the spotlight again. It's just been a few hours since we learned the DOJ is also negotiating to have her testify on the whole Jeffrey Epstein controversy, and now there's news from the U.S. House of Representatives as the Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee has just voted to subpoena Maxwell, as well both the executive and congressional branches who subpoenaed and questioned her. My guess is neither will be televised and we will never know who she names or what she says if these elected politicians and appointed bureaucrats can prevent it. Republican Congressman from Tennessee, Tim Burchette, moved to direct the House panel to issue a subpoena for Maxwell to appear for a deposition motion which was approved by voice vote. So it will be heard in a very small committee behind closed doors. It can be just about certain that both the House Oversight Deposition and the DOJ Deposition will be kept from the public, as Ms. Maxwell has already released some information making our current President Donald Trump look really bad, if it turns out to be verified and true. God bless you and yours, folks, and best of luck to Ms. Maxwell over the next six weeks. Please share, subscribe, and always remember that anything's possible in Bizarro World.
