All right, here's a look at your weather forecast,
and as we head through the afternoon hours,
the trend, at least across the southern half
of the province, will be clearing.
We'll get back into some sunshine in the west first,
and that will follow into the Red River Valley
with still likely a few showers hanging around
into northwestern Ontario as we get through the afternoon.
Northern Manitoba, for the most part, stuck in the cloud cover.
However, Flin Flon, the pod, likely carving out a bit
of sunshine by the time we get into the later afternoon.
I'll show you in a moment what that'll do to temperatures,
but then we'll see the cloud cover building back in.
And that system that brought the rain through Monday likely bringing
a few more showers yet again as we head overnight
into Wednesday morning, even for parts of northwestern Ontario,
Dryden, Atticoke and into Fort Francis,
looking at a few more showers or even some periods
of rain likely as we head toward the middle of the week here.
So your temperatures as we head through the afternoon above seasonal
for this time of year, we should be around three degrees
for high in Winnipeg, looking at eight by the afternoon.
10s, 11s in western Manitoba and looking at 6s in Thompson
and where we do have some sunnier skies,
8s and 9s through the Paw and Flin Flon
into the afternoon with a general sun cloud
mix trending toward clearing as we head
into the afternoon hours. 10 degrees
as we head through the day on Wednesday.
A mix of sun and clouds, likely quite windy.
North winds gusting up to 40. And then we'll
get back towards seasonal briefly.
5s and 6s through Thursday into Friday.
Lots of sunshine as we head toward the weekend
and temperatures trending back
Upward again as we head through Saturday and Sunday
and things remaining above seasonal for this time of the year.
At this point, right toward the beginning of next week.
