Elon Musk just sent a warning to 240 million people.
And no, it wasn't about Mars. It was
about Earth, your corner of it.
And what happens if Democrats win it all in 2028? Now, here's a
twist, guys. This is the richest man alive.
Elon Musk has rockets. He could buy Delaware with some
couch cushion money. I mean,
he doesn't need anything from Washington. And yet there he is
on X knocking on your door like a guy selling some vacuum cleaners,
maybe some cut coat knives.
In fact, begging for your vote.
Why?
Because he already read Democrat's plan.
Oh, and the best part?
They wrote it themselves.
Kind of like one of those movie villains
who explain the whole scheme right before the
hero escapes.
Yeah.
So, make DC a state.
Make Puerto Rico a state.
Legalize millions.
Pack the Supreme Court.
Four moves, guys.
Checkmate.
Then they go ahead and superglue the board to the table
and then they call it democracy.
So Elon Musk put $445 million where his mouth is.
Even CNN admits one man could decide these
midterms. CNN guys, this is a network
that couldn't even find good news about Republicans
with a search warrant. When CNN does your PR,
you already know the scoreboard is real.
So then of course, Kamala Harris,
old word salad sandwich Kamala Harris gets on camera
and she says she wants to change
the electoral college. You know the same
Same one that she just lost, along with the popular vote.
It's a bold strategy.
Barack Obama is pushing DC statehood and in Texas,
James Tallarico, who now calls himself
a border security democrat,
he's on tape talking about expanding the court and tearing
down what he called a secret police force.
Border security democrat, ride.
And I'm like a professional ballerina.
Yeah, ain't nobody believing me either.
Texas is the firewall.
If Ken Paxton holds that seat Tuesday,
President Trump keeps on rolling.
If Texas falls, America falls right on with it.
Well, today guys, we got the receipts,
every clip, every dollar, every quiet part said
out loud.
Now, if you're turning the tender young age of 65 years old,
Chapter offers completely
free Medicare help.
Real humans, plain English.
No pressure. Check out the phone number
and the link I left for you in the description.
They're saving the average senior a good $1,100 a year on average.
So give them a call. Phone
number is 909-563-8279. It's totally free.
And the only other free thing that's coming out of
Washington is a whole bunch of these bad ideas.
Now, if you're new here, guys, go ahead and hit
subscribe. It's kind of like early voting for your YouTube feed.
No lines, no ID required,
no guy in some lanyard. Oh, and if this fires you up,
go ahead and hit the like button. All right.
Picture this, guys. Kitchen tables, truck cabs,
break rooms, hospital waiting rooms,
240 million phones lighting up at the same time.
One message, Elon Musk. Yep, this is the last
chance. Not a chance, the last one.
Oh, and he didn't bury it in some press release that nobody
reads. He put it right on X in plain English, guys.
His biggest fear, Democrats sweeping the
House, the Senate, and the White House in 2028.
Then he said something wild.
Every other reason to vote this year? Irrelevant. His word, not mine.
Now, think about who's saying this.
The richest man on earth. He doesn't need a tax break. He
doesn't need a job. He doesn't need your vote.
So, why is he begging for it? Because guys,
guys who build rockets, they know what a countdown sounds like.
Now, real quick, guys, if you guys want to take
this fight with you on the drive to the polls,
the Ron Yates Report is on Spotify.
Go to Spotify, search it up, follow it,
and turn your commute into a briefing.
Now, check this out. What is the plan that's got
Got a rocket scientist this nervous.
Elon laid it out.
Four moves, guys.
Move number one, make Washington, D.C. a state.
Two new senators.
Move number two, make Puerto Rico a state.
Two more.
Move number three, legalize millions of people living here illegally.
Instant new voters.
Move number four, pack the Supreme Court
with extra justices until it says yes.
Now picture a chessboard.
Four moves, checkmate. Then somebody super glues
the pieces to the board so no one can
ever play again. This is not an agenda, guys.
This is more like a no take backs,
no backsies rule that is written into the constitution.
Now, in Elon Musk's words,
it's the end of democracy as we know it in any meaningful sense.
Oh, and his fix? Shockingly simple.
51 Republican senators, 51 seats, guys,
and one of them is in Texas. Already voted? Good.
Now, think of the one person in your family who
keeps saying, I'll get to it, I'll get to it.
Go ahead and send them this video right now.
Tuesday is coming, whether they're ready or not.
Now, we need to go ahead and meet with the Texas
Democrat who'd love to hand Washington the glue, James Tallarico, guys.
Now, here's the beautiful
part. We don't have to tell you what he believes.
He already told you on camera multiple times,
Apparently, without anybody on his staff,
We should abolish the filibuster in the U.S. Senate
so that we can actually pass
these kinds of bold pieces of legislation.
Open to expanding the Supreme Court, his words.
I'm open to court expansion proposals.
Well, I think the Supreme Court needs to be overhauled,
and I'm open to a discussion
about expanding the number of justices.
A pathway to citizenship, his words.
It is creating a pathway to citizenship
for our undocumented neighbors who have been here for
years. I think we should have a pathway
for those folks to join us as full citizens.
Tear down this secret police force?
Yeah, his words again, guys. About immigration agents,
you know, the folks who chase down cartel smugglers.
Secret police? Sure, James.
It's time to tear down this secret police force
and we have to end this policy of mass deportations.
They have the letters printed on the back of their jackets.
How is that a secret? It's like
font size like 40 on each one of the letters in giant print.
Very, very secret. Oh, and the best
attack ad in Texas doesn't even need a narrator.
No scary music, no deep voiced movie theater
trailer guy. Just James Tallarico rolling tape. Thank you. Thank you.
Well, I'm not interested in turning Texas blue.
I want to win this seat so that I can fight for all 31 million Texans,
whether they're Democrats, Independents, or Republicans.
My party talks about turning Texas blue a lot.
Republicans talk about keeping Texas red.
I've said before, I think the best color for Texas is purple.
I think she would look great in purple.
Now, honestly, I mean, he should get a producer credit.
And so now, brand new Tallarico, I'm a border security Democrat.
I'm a border security Democrat.
But while millions crossed the border under Biden,
So I guess he's like rebranding himself. This is kind
of like a fox putting on a security guard
uniform. It's the same fox, just a better hat.
Because according to that ad, while millions of
people crossed under Joe Biden,
James Tallarico voted against border security eight times and
then a ninth time in 2025. This is not a border hawk.
This is like a border pigeon.
Let's say this is maintaining border security
in a similar way to how the Trump administration has done it.
Let's say it's completing the border wall, but also includes
a path to citizenship for people who are already in this country.
Is that acceptable to you?
I think depending on the details of the deal.
My concern would be, you know, along our southern border, there are
certainly places where physical barriers are necessary and make sense.
But right now, the administration is still trying to build a useless
Big Bend border wall through one of our state's natural treasures.
And not only is that ineffective, not only is it corrupt
because it's enriching out-of-state vendors, but it will decimate.
The economy of the Big Bend region.
And so I'm never going to do anything
that's going to harm our state like that.
But I am happy to work with members of the other party
to figure out a compromise where we both.
Secure the border where we have an orderly process
so we know who's coming into our country
and allow for more legal pathways for hardworking immigrants
who want to live the American dream to
come here and make us richer and stronger in the process.
And on top of all of that,
creating a pathway to citizenship
for our neighbors who have been here for years,
for decades, who have been contributing to this country.
I think those basic pillars,
Those are the same...
The same contours of the immigration reform proposals during
the Bush administration.
And I think most Texans, me included, support all of those goals.
Most Texans, most Americans are pro-security, right?
Public safety is the most important thing
the government does, more important than public
education, more important than public health.
If people aren't safe, then nothing else really matters.
And most Texans, most Americans are pro-immigrant.
We know that this is a nation of immigrants.
You wouldn't be interviewing a guy
with the last name Tallarico if this was not a nation
of immigrants.
And people understand that throughout American history,
immigrants have always made us richer
and stronger.
And so I think what people are tired
of is those two things being pitted against each
other, of us being told, you got to pick between security
and welcoming the stranger.
And we don't have to pick between those things.
We can have a system that keeps out people
who mean to do us harm and welcomes folks
who want to contribute to this nation.
That is absolutely possible.
And I think we could pass it if we build the political will to get it
done. Oh, and that path work that he keeps on talking about,
pay a fine, learn English. If
someone skipped that for 20 years,
why would a fine suddenly change it now? Now, take a breath,
guys. Borders are not slogans. They have names.
Laken Riley, 22, a Georgia nursing student out
for a morning run, killed by a man
who crossed illegally and then was released.
President Donald Trump made the Laken-Riley Act
the first bill that he signed this term.
In a few moments, the Laken-Riley Act will become
the very first bill that I proudly sign into law
as the 47th president of the United States.
I signed this in honor of Laken Riley.
To her friends and classmates,
she was a light of warmth and kindness in every single room.
To her parents and family, she was everything in the world.
Had a miserable period of time.
Just after 9 a.m. last February 22nd,
Laken went out for a jog on the campus of the University of Georgia,
but she was just never returned.
She never came back, did she, huh?
It's a tremendous tribute to your daughter, what's taking place today.
That's all I can say, but so sad we have to be doing it at all.
To Laken's family, we will keep Laken's memory alive
in our hearts forever, everyone's hearts.
With today's action,
her name will also live forever in the laws of our country,
and this is a very important law.
This is something that has brought Democrats and Republicans together.
That's not easy to do. Laken did it. Laken did it.
America will never, ever forget Laken Hope Riley.
It's a landmark law that we're doing today.
It's going to save countless innocent American lives.
This is border security, not a costume.
Now, Tuesday, November 3rd, Ken Paxton versus James
Tallarico. Picture election night, right?
This big, huge, giant map lighting up and one huge
red state holding the line like a 300-pound linebacker.
That's Texas, folks. The Senate
firewall. Lines in Houston, Austin, San Antonio,
Latino families walking in together, even in
Dallas County. And Dallas County
is bluer than a blueberry with a frostbite.
Don't get too comfy, guys. James Tallarico's name's
on the ballot and that's not a joke,
guys. What if he actually wins?
What if James Tallarico actually wins? So, vote the whole
thing, guys. Greg Abbott for governor, every race below.
Don't stop at the Senate line like
it's the end of the movie. Are you worried
about fraud? Make it too big to rig. Oh,
and if you're voting red in California,
Massachusetts, or Minnesota, you might be
the bravest person watching. You might want to wear a helmet.
Your vote still counts. Now, let's go ahead and go to the tape.
Kamala Harris recently,
on camera, she wants to expand the Supreme Court.
She wants to change the Electoral College and
she wants statehood for D.C. and for Puerto Rico.
And I know this is going to be controversial
coming from me in particular.
We need to revisit the Electoral College. We need to
revisit the point of expanding the court
to 13 justices like we have 13 district courts.
We need to revisit, if they so want, statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C.
Yes.
If we regain control of the Senate.
I served on this committee,
the Senate Judiciary Committee, when I was in the Senate.
Only the same thing.
And we must allow for a real conversation
about revisiting certain things.
For example, and I know this is going
to be controversial coming from me in particular,
we need to revisit the Electoral College.
We need to revisit the point of expanding the court
to 13 justices like we have 13 district courts.
We need to revisit, if they so want, statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C.
Yes.
If we regain control of the Senate.
I served on this committee,
the Senate Judiciary Committee, when I was in the Senate.
I want you guys to picture a word salad tossed,
dressed, and served with the confidence of
a five-star chef who's never, ever seen a kitchen.
Now, here's the punchline.
Kamala Harris wants to change the scoreboard after losing
on both scoreboards. In 2024,
she lost the Electoral College,
and then she went and lost the popular vote, both.
This is like losing at Monopoly
and then demanding that the board get four new streets.
Work that we can do about winning back the House
and the Senate is going to be on a number of
things. For example, I believe that we need
to expand the Supreme Court. We need more justices
This is on the Supreme Court so that we can have a court that actually.
It reinforces the spirit
and principles behind the Constitution of the United States.
I believe that we should be pushing for what
is possible around changing the electoral college.
Right. Because what's what's going on?
Well, it's about, you know, the popular vote has to matter. Right.
You know, things that make people feel like.
Ah, overwhelmed. And does their vote matter? Yes.
We have, you know, listen, if the folks there want it,
we should be pushing for statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. Right.
These are some of the things that are structural that we need to do.
Now, imagine for one second that Kamala Harris won.
Like, she's in the Oval Office right now
holding the pen. Does anybody feel that chill?
We didn't just dodge a bullet. We dodged a nuclear
bomb. So why does Kamala Harris hate the Electoral College so much?
Because it works. Now picture
Philadelphia, 1787, powdered wigs, sweat, feather pens,
zero air conditioning. I can only imagine
what it smelled like in there after a few hours.
The founders built something special. A
A system where the biggest crowd doesn't get
to steamroll everybody else.
Where Nebraska matters.
Where Texas matters.
We're not just New York and California.
Because pure majority rule is two wolves
and a sheep voting for what's for dinner.
Spoiler alert, it ain't gonna be salad.
So on the way out, a woman asks Benjamin Franklin what they made.
His answer?
A republic, if you can keep it.
Keep it.
That is a verb.
And some folks watching this show
right now today, they already kept it.
Desert storm, Vietnam, came home in wheelchairs,
and they say that they would do it again.
The least the rest of us can do, stand in line for 20 minutes.
So then Barack Obama shows up, pushing statehood for Washington, D.C.
Here's what nobody on TV explains.
D.C. isn't a state on purpose.
Picture it, a young country, Thomas Jefferson riding in from Virginia,
John Adams coming down from Massachusetts, muddy roads, tired horses.
They needed one spot that belonged to no state.
Neutral ground. A place where everybody shows up as a guest.
So, they kept it small. Just 68
square miles. You could bike across it before lunch.
Now, make it a state? You take the building
where the government lives and hand it to senators of its own?
This is like letting the referee join
one of the teams and then keep the whistle.
DC already runs your life. Now, they want two
senators to do it louder. And then, of course,
there's Puerto Rico, guys. Let's be very clear.
Puerto Ricans are American citizens.
They are very proud American citizens. This isn't about
This is about Democrats treating Puerto
Rican American citizens like a math problem.
Because here's the twist Democrats keep missing.
Puerto Rico's own leadership,
pro-statehood, and aligned with Republicans.
So Democrats are building a brand new house
for guests who might vote them right out of it.
Oh, and it gets even worse for them.
Picture a grandmother in San Antonio.
She fled socialism in Venezuela or Cuba.
She's seen the empty grocery store shelves. Now
she's standing in an early vote line with her grandkids.
And she's not voting blue.
Turns out people who escaped socialism can spot it
from a mile away. And honestly, 50
states is enough. I really didn't want to buy new flags.
Back to the Supreme Court. James Talerico has a theory.
He says corruption has infected
Now, let me translate that for everyone.
Corruption means the court won't give him the rules that he wants.
Now, picture nine chairs behind the bench.
Then, a moving truck backs up.
Beep.
Beep.
Beep, right? Six more chairs come rolling in.
And what goes first? The Second Amendment. That's
right, guys. Then free speech.
Then your say over how your kids are raised. One packed court could
rewrite all of it in a single term.
Now, some folks say, fine, let President Trump pack it
with 17 conservatives. Split Texas into five states
while we're at it. I know it's tempting,
you know, but we don't. Because we actually believe
in the rules. When you lose the game,
you don't pack the referees.
Now, follow the money, folks. CNN, yes. CNN,
Biden admits one billionaire could
single-handedly change these midterms.
Elon Musk has put about $445 million into the cycle,
last time it was around $200 million.
Now picture a truck backing up, a pallet of cash,
not Barack Obama's pallet of cash
that he sent over to Iran.
Picture it with a giant tag stapled on top.
Elon, $216 million to America PAC,
$168 million to Senate Leadership Fund.
$30 million to the Congressional Leadership Fund,
plus Texas, Kentucky, and MAGA, Inc.
He's buying elections. Really?
He's signed his name on every dollar. Meanwhile, George Soros
spent years bankrolling district attorney races nationwide,
and the media called it civic
engagement. Somehow that's different.
I don't understand how, but somehow. And Elon's no yes
man. He'll argue solar power with anybody.
This is exactly why his backing actually means something.
So why is Elon all in?
Picture a rocket on a launch pad in Texas.
We're in an AI race with China. If we lose it,
and well, the Chinese Communist Party writes
the rules for the century. Elon Musk helped put
America out front in space and with electric cars.
Some Democrats, they want to go ahead and
block the power plants and the data centers that the race runs on.
Fighting China's superpowers
with a windmill, oh, that's a bold failing strategy,
oils up because of the Iran war.
President Donald Trump has a way out.
When it ends, prices come down. But lose the Senate and
The border, the deportations, the whole comeback, all that stops cold.
So do your part, guys.
God's still on the throne.
Policies over personality.
Elon is all in, are you?
You voted.
Now bring someone Tuesday.
Your brother, your neighbor, your cousin who means to.
And if this fired you up, guys, go ahead
and hit the like button on the way out.
Oh, and for the ride home for the polls,
the Ron Yates report is waiting for you on Spotify.
Hit follow.
Just search me up, the Ron Yates report on Spotify.
We'll keep you sharp all week.
God bless.
See you on the other side of Tuesday.
